The local students have made their headquarters, especially those of medicine, in the atmosphere of an old pharmacy, decorated with woodwork, jars, medicines and anatomy boards. The Britishest bar is in Talence! The Stag & Loar is an authentic pub in the pure English tradition. It's run by the duo Samuel and Anne, and their team of English-speaking waiters are unanimously acclaimed. On the menu, you'll find a wide range of drinks, mainly beers of course, not forgetting a few nibbles for aperitifs. The pub's charm sets it apart from its competitors: the interior resembles a small British cottage, while the exterior has a garden atmosphere with a guinguette feel. The Marine Bear is intended, unlike all the institutions that target LGBT audiences with a tendency to ghettoize, an LGBT place that welcomes neighbours! A truly convivial area where it is possible to exchange, share his experiences, laugh and play together thanks to the Caesar 51 kit, composed of a card game and 4 glasses of pastis! The crew of this unlikely vessel is made up of the captain, also nicknamed "Madame Yvonne", creator of troquet and David, "Shrimp". If the bar's identity is bear, it is therefore very open to the smallest nature, as long as they share bear values: generosity, sincerity and rejection of superficiality.

You can easily find Columbus Café by visiting your Fnac on St. Catherine Street. This is the restoration area installed in the space «Fnac café». A convenient way to grab a little bit before or after the races, Columbus offers as many salted products as sweet. If the Sandwiches can satisfy you, the choice is even more impressive in the area of drinks. Teas, coffees, chocolates, the choice of aroma and texture is quite remarkable and especially noticed. The customer takes the game and it is not uncommon for us to take his usual pomme apple-banane or Viennese chocolate. The proposed pastries are also delicious (muffin, cookies), most of which are prepared on the ground in the morning (as all the sandwiches proposed). In addition to this, the reception provided is of pleasant regularity in the mood and useless to say that you are soon conquered. A real area of relaxation and pleasure that perfectly fits the Fnac universe.

The storefront is so pretty, we didn't hesitate for a second to enter and discover this downtown Libourne address with an interior patio. What's more, all the products are homemade and come from the Fabrique à Desserts. A sure bet! Gingerbread, chocolate marble, carrot cake... For larger sizes (6 to 8 portions), simply place your order. On the spot or to take away, Pépite also offers a wide range of savoury tarts. Fresh smoothies, homemade hot chocolate... And a fine selection of loose tea that varies with the season.

La Cage comes all the way from Quebec, for the first time in France! The concept is crazy: a sports brasserie with 220 seats inside and 140 on the terrace. And above all, plenty of screens showing matches. The giant 40 m² screen (the largest in France) is impressive, and so is the bar! Even the tables are arranged in tiers, just like at the movies. The over-trained team serves Blitz burgers, poutines, ribs, Québec Mule, maple syrup Spritz... The menu is clearly on the Canadian bench!

Here, everything is fresh, colorful and healthy. Opened in April 2021, this beachside canteen rolls out a menu as tempting as it is delicious: smoothie bowls, pressed fruit juices, açai bowls, detoxifying, antioxidant and energizing juices... Special mention goes to the Azure bowl, their signature recipe made with blue spirulina and passion fruit pulp. Many vegan and gluten-free options.

After the success of Chez Thérèse, an atypical restaurant located in Saint-Michel, the team has taken on a new challenge: the Comptoir Thérèse, a neo-bistro and gourmet wine bar. You can have lunch and dinner with local dishes (oysters from the Basin, entrecote from the Capucins market...), without forgetting to accompany them with some good wines. At aperitif time, we share boards and spreads, which can be taken away since the place is also a canning and delicatessen store. And every first wednesday of the month, we enjoy a tasting evening with animation.
