But when a village in Auvergne has the first experimental truffle field in Europe that produces cedar trees, as well as 100 oak and 100 hazelnut trees, we must salute it. Patrick Peron is a lover of this product. His tuber melanosporum (black truffle) and tuber uncinatum (autumn truffle) are of an extreme quality.
