3 semaines que je réclame à un chocolatier DONT C'EST LE METIER du chocolat noir et on me répond (pas très aimablement d'ailleurs) qu'il en fera après les fêtes car la priorité est donnée aux boites toutes faites et à la friture blanc/lait. Pour un chocolatier réputé c'est tout de même étonnant de privilégier le moins qualitatif. Seule la ganache 66% est disponible. C'est bien dommage quand on est un professionnel du chocolat!!!
