In this 10-hectare AOP Côtes de Provence vineyard, Serge and Sébastien Ramella strive to cultivate the authentic, in the purest respect of the organic charter. The Ramella family is also a family of beekeepers for 3 generations, which proposes to you to discover its honeys of rosemary, acacia, heather, chestnut tree, thyme, lavender, arbutus and savory. Nadine and Daniel Castellan, the 5th generation, run this 28-hectare vineyard, classified as A.O.P. Côtes de Provence, which lies at the foot of the Maures mountains, with a southern exposure. The main grape varieties grown are Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet, Carignan, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Tibouren, Ugni Blanc and Rolle. The estate offers 2 white wines, 3 rosé wines, one of which is a grey rosé, 2 red wines, including the Alexandre Castellan wine, aged in oak barrels and 2 traditional methods, white and rosé

This cooperative cellar, formerly Les Celliers de Ramatuelle, entirely renovated in 2016, brings together the establishment of Fréjus, which became Ramatuelle D'vins, and that of Ramatuelle, with 120 cooperative members and 265 hectares of vines spread over the communes of La Croix-Valmer, Gassin, Ramatuelle and Saint-Tropez, including 235 in AOP Côtes de Provence and 30 in Vin de Pays du Var. Eight cuvées in the 3 colours are at your disposal: Soyeux, R, Domaine de Jeanne, Domaine du Colombier, Végan, La crique, Ramaterra and Paillas.

This family vineyard, since 1898, opens onto a majestic avenue of three-hundred-year-old plane trees. You will find typical Provencal grape varieties such as cinsault, rolle or ugni blanc, but also grenache and syrah. On the 20 hectares of classified Côtes de Provence vines, two vintages are produced, in all three colours, the traditional cuvée and the cuvée du Prieuré. The estate is organically cultivated and is located in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. It benefits from a temperate climate and a terroir that is particularly well suited to the Provencal vineyards.

In the heart of Sillans, we like this small and surprising address. Grocery store and microbrewery, you can find local products (organic vegetables in particular) and of course the beer produced on the spot. In high season, the place also serves food with a very greedy bistro type of restoration. The beers produced here are home-made and have names evocative of the region (we love the "Bresque parfaite"). Blonde, amber, brown and even white depending on the season, you can find Gaudinette's beers on the markets in summer.

The Saint-Marc cellar offers 230 references of wines and spirits, more than 100 domains! From Provence of course but also wines from other regions, some organically grown, natural wines, Italian wines and spirits referenced with care and passion. The cellar is well cared for, with a pleasant tasting area. This is the full-size wine list of the adjoining eponymous restaurant, where the chef Alexandre Dimitch, a lover of nature and good products, offers you local cuisine, homemade dishes revisited with inventiveness.

The estate of one of the oldest families in Ramatuell, Benet-Gartich, which has been perpetuating family know-how for five generations since 1907, extends over 30 hectares, 27 of which are classified as AOC vines cultivated using sustainable agriculture. The main grape varieties present are Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Rolle, Semillon and Viognier (for the PGI wines). Three cuvées are available, Prestige, 2S and the exceptional cuvée 1907, and can be enjoyed at the winebar in the middle of the estate's vineyards.

This 12-hectare vineyard, acquired in 1977 by Régine Sumeire, is an unspoiled spot on the Saint Tropez peninsula. Certified organic since 2005 and biodynamic since 2020, it owes its reputation to Régine Sumeire's famous rosé, which has given a boost to Provence rosés since 1985. Her cuvée Pétale de rose, with its pale pink color, has given ideas to many other winemakers. Régine Sumeire also owns another estate of nearly 90 hectares in the Var, Château la Tour de l'Evêque, located in Pierrefeu-du-Var.

Founded in 1912, this is one of the largest cooperative wineries in the Var in terms of production: its 130 winegrowers, almost all located in Pourrières, produce an average of 50,000 hectoliters of wine per year (HVE label). Côtes de Provence, Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire and IGP Var are available in three colors; the Terres d'Histoires and 1912 vintages in particular, are regularly awarded prizes. Adjacent to the cellar, the store offers a wide range of bottles and bulk wines, as well as a tempting range of delicatessen products promoting the Var region.

Short circuits, hello! Hélène and André Sabatier, organic wine and olive oil producers since 2000, created this beautiful Maison de Pays association to honor the producers and the know-how of the surrounding villages. Today, it is their son Arnaud who has taken over the reins of the domain, and the passion remains. In addition to the wines in the three colors, the Maison de Pays offers local crafts and organic products.

In the heart of the Var and the AOC Côtes-de-Provence area, the Dracénie is an exceptional land for vineyards. "Lorgues Terre de Vins" is the association of 12 prestigious estates that practice with excellence the high viticulture of Provence. They have joined forces to make this village, a veritable little "Beaune of Provence", an essential destination for wine tourism in the heart of the Dracénie region. It is a jewel for wine lovers because, if rosé is an obvious choice here, in Lorgues the reds and whites are just as exceptional. The river Issole runs through this single vineyard, which covers 140 hectares, including 56 hectares of vines. A cellar dating back to 1896 is completed by a new winery which was built in 2012. The typical Côtes-de-Provence grape varieties: Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Ugni Blanc and Rolle produce high quality AOP Côtes-de-Provence and IGP Vin de Pays des Maures wines, which can be tasted in the sales cellar, which is housed in a medieval building, as well as in two old 19th century ceramic vats.

The cellar of Flassans, associated with the cellars of Cabasse and Besse, brings a human and technical dimension which makes it one of the most important structures of the Var. The 1,200 ha vineyard is spread over 9 communes, half of which are classified as AOP Côtes-de-Provence. Some 140 winegrowers bring more than 6,000 tons of grapes per year to the cellar, which is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. The Flassans wine counter offers a wide range of bottles and BIBs.

Philippe and Marie-Hélène Grammont manage this 6.5-hectare estate located in green Provence. In a landscape with an air of Tuscany, the 18th century bastide is surrounded by vines, olive trees and cypresses. 11 different grape varieties are cultivated in integrated agriculture with vinification on the estate. It is one of the most medal-winning estates in France. The estate produces AOP Provence rosé and red wines and local white wines. Valcolombe is particularly renowned for its Baroque cuvée, aged in oak barrels from the Tronçais forest and from Missouri.

The cooperative cellar of Pierrefeu gathers the productions of different wine growers of the territory. The blends are made in the cellar and sold in the adjoining store, which offers wines in the three colors, with a large predominance of rosé of course, with more than 80% of the production. The wines can be tasted on the spot and the welcome is friendly. Small regional grocery store and sale of crémants as well as wine-based aperitifs. Excellent value for money.

Château de Brégançon in Bormes-les-Mimosas is a vast 17th-century residence, where the Tézenas family has been carefully cultivating vines with an average age of 40 years on 42 hectares since 1816. Their wines, made from a variety of grape varieties and classified as Côtes-de-Provence crus since 1955, come in two cuvées in all three colors. Environmentally aware, the estate is certified to level 3 of the Haute Valeur Environnementale and obtained the label Agriculture Biologique in 2020, rewarding its efforts in sustainable agriculture to maintain its level of excellence.

Vines in the Esterel ? Certified organic, the 4 hectare vineyard offers a variety of wines made from Cinsault, Syrah, Rolle, Clairette, Chardonnay and Muscat à petits grains grapes. In the greatest respect of the terroir, the wines are elaborated according to the rules of organic vinification.

The Cave L'Oasis offers a very selective range of about 250 references out of the 1,200 that the historic Oasis has, as well as a range of spirits. Pascal Paulze, sommelier and Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2015, guides you towards the emotion that a wine can bring.

The estate, certified organic Ecocert since 2014, covers 120 hectares, where 36 hectares of vines are planted on clay-limestone soil on the bottom, very stony at the foot of the hill. The wines produced here are natural, without yeast, enzymes or chemicals. The range consists of 4 vintages in AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence and IGP Coteaux du Verdon: Bob Singlar, les Monges, septentrionales and OVNI 100% Nat. The wines are fresh, unique, carefully worked by the teams of the Mongestine, in the respect of the soil, the nature and the environment.

When you arrive in the center of Cotignac at the end of the day, it is impossible to ignore a small garden terrace nestled against the rock, where the atmosphere is festive. At the "tailleur de bière", you can taste the productions of the microbrewery of La Tuf, managed by Renaud, who came from the flat country to treat us. You are here in contact with the production and taste the beers "at the source": IPA, raspberry sour, triple saffron or a fig beer, no question of being bored here while ordering your beer. Since last September, in this dynamic cellar (also a delicatessen) run by Patricia and Stéphane, where Côtes-de-Provence wines - in all three colours - are the star attraction, a cheese and charcuterie bar, the only one of its kind in Draguignan, has been open with fresh products from the Bertin cheese dairy in Taradeau and the La Pastourelle cheese dairy in Châteaudouble, olive oil from the Taurenne estate, special breads and gluten-free bread from the gourmet bakery... Bruno and Ellen Seignez, joined today by their children Arthur and Laure, welcome you to their vineyard built on an old field where sheep used to graze. In a natural and authentic environment, this passionate couple has chosen sustainable agriculture. Today, a new valley of twelve hectares, "Les pierres blanches", planted with vines and olive trees, has been added to the domain, hosting numerous beehives that produce excellent mountain and lavender honeys, to be discovered at the cellar at the same time as the wines.

Domaine de l'Allamande is a 115-hectare family estate located in Cuers, in the golden triangle of the Côtes de Provence. Taken over by the Quiroga family in 2013, the estate produces authentic, elegant wines with respect for the environment, as evidenced by its ongoing conversion to organic farming. Vincent Quiroga, the 8th generation of young winemakers, is committed to perpetuating the family winegrowing tradition. The wines express the estate's different terroirs, from the schists of Pierrefeu to the slopes of Allamande. It's the ideal place to find terroir wines full of value.

The estate, created in 1974, located at the gateway to the Verdon National Park, extends its 200-hectare vineyard in a sumptuous natural cirque. Developed by the Dieudonné family in the 2000s, it has become the largest estate in the AOC Coteaux Varois appellation in Provence. In 2017, Pascal Debon took over and invested in state-of-the-art equipment to make gourmet and delicate wines. Since July 2019, the estate has been home to the Cantarelle distillery, a Provence gin made exclusively from Provence grapes.

In addition to being the only estate in the commune of Saint-Raphaël, this 12-hectare vineyard is a pure jewel, with unparalleled beauty and a breathtaking view of the sea and the Esterel massif. The soil is made of a red and crumbly volcanic rock which brings finesse, originality and minerality to the wines produced. This unique terroir, a subtle synergy between volcanic soil and sea air, allows not only a reasoned culture limiting the treatments, but it also gives all its character to the Terres Destel wines, in the three colors.

Voted best cellar in France in 2020 by the RVF, La Part des Anges combines three activities in one place: wine cellar, bistro at lunchtime, and wine bar. The store, which specializes in "natural" and organic wines, lists nearly 300 wines. The sympathetic owner of the place gives his advice and new finds. A few tables are set up at the back of the store so that you can enjoy your wine with a plate of cheese. A delicatessen section also offers olive oils, vinegars, peppers and salts.

Covering an area of 15 ha, Domaine Les Mûriers is planted with AOP Côteaux Varois en Provence vines. The first rosé wine was produced in 2021, and since 2022, rosé and white wines have been available. Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Rolle grapes are used for the rosés, while the white is 100% single-varietal Rolle. The domaine's wines are full of character. The rosé is almost gastronomic on the palate, while the white is lively and taut. Alexis, who works on the estate, is studying for an oenology certificate at the Université du Vin in Suze-la-Rousse, Vaucluse.

This century-old cooperative produces AOP Côtes-de-Provence and IGP des Maures wines. The vineyard is made up of 350 hectares of which 250 hectares are Côtes-de-Provence, from which four AOP rosé and red wines are produced, and two PGI wines: "Lou Castellas" in the three colours, and "L'inattendue" in rosé. The cooperative's cellar also offers local products, locally produced olive oils, oenological accessories and gift boxes.

Since 1806, six generations have succeeded one another at the head of this estate, which has the specificity of collecting old vintages in white and red. The main house has a vaulted part from the 16th century and the cellar, built at the end of the 18th century, has kept its original framework. The excellent AOP Côtes-de-Provence wines are produced in all three colours, notably the top wines of the Clarendon range. Roselyne Gavoty, the owner-winemaker, welcomes, by appointment, groups of oenophiles for thematic tasting sessions.

Founded in 1929, Château Sainte Marguerite has been owned by the Fayard family since 1977. The wines produced on the AOP Côtes-de-Provence-la-Londe terroir are organically grown, guaranteed Vegan and express themselves through their originality and finesse. The wines of the Symphonie cuvée are to be discovered, the smooth and refined white, the fruity and unctuous rosé and the powerful red with melted tannins. In 2020, the new cellar was inaugurated... Simply masterful!

The 65 hectares of noble grape varieties, grenache, mourvèdre, cinsault, cabernet, syrah as well as ugni, rolle or sémillon for the whites, placed under the control of the Combard family, produce mainly rosés, 12% of reds, and 8% of whites. Three ranges, in Côtes-de-Provence, are available in the three colors, an IGP wine from the Var, in red and rosé, and very recently, a traditional method extra brut in rosé, "Atmosphère". The winegrowers of Gonfaron have created "Inverso", a concept that gives consumers the keys to choosing and tasting their wines in an original way and provides visual cues to help them live the wine experience. With three levels of reading, numerical scale, product name and bottle design, Gonfaron wines become more accessible and understandable. To discover this concept, the Gonfaron cellar, located at the entrance to the village, organises discovery and initiation workshops.

The cooperative cellars of Saint-Maximin and Tourves, which produce organic PDO, IGP Var Sainte-Baume wines and sparkling wines, joined forces in 1997. Their terroir, located in the Coteaux-varois-en-Provence PDO production area, extends within a 15-kilometre radius around Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume, at the foot of the Sainte-Baume massif and the hill of Saint-Probace, as far as the foothills of Mount Aurélien.

This 23-hectare Coteaux-d'Aix-en-Provence PDO estate, owned by Denis Alibert, was built on the ruins of the second largest known Roman wine-growing villa to date (it must have been 8,000^m2 at the time). It produces white, red and rosé wines (three vintages for each colour), more or less dry, more or less fruity, more or less mellow: taste and make your choice! This great estate of the Côtes-de-Provence appellation, created in 1900, was reborn from its ashes in 1998, and extends over 130 hectares between Gassin and Ramatuelle. The wine estate of the Matton-Farnet family includes an authentic Provençal property, dating from the 18th century, a chapel and a Napoleon III building. Château Minuty is surrounded by 60 hectares in one piece on schistose limestone soils, completed by 80 hectares on clay-limestone soil in Vidauban and 20 hectares on the slopes of Valderian in Ramatuelle with a superb view of the Bay of Pampelonne. 4 ranges, in the 3 colors, are offered, including "Gold", the emblematic Minuty, vintages that are distinguished by their naturalness.

The 30 hectares of the estate are located in the foothills of the Maures Mountains, on a promontory overlooking Fréjus and the Argens valley, with soils of gneiss and micaschist. For over 30 years, the Rieder family has produced a wide range of AOP Côtes-de-Provence wines, certified organic since 2012. The grape varieties present (mourvèdre, tibouren, syrah, cabernet sauvignon, semillon and rolle) produce wines of high expression and long shelf life. Please note that the domain welcomes weddings (or other events) and organizes parties.

The first plantations of the olive grove of Thierry Olivier, which counts 3 800 trees, date from 1988. The artisanal oil produced is unique in the world, with a blend of 14 varieties of green fruit. In the store, you can buy the products of the domain, oil of course, but also tapenade, Provencal aperitifs, honey from Draguignan, cooked wines, aniseed-flavored aperitifs, cookies from Sainte-Maxime, jams, vinegar and flavored salts. Two cottages are also at your disposal.

In a prestigious setting, the château opens its doors to share its culture, its viticultural heritage and to tell the atypical story of its vines and its wines. The vineyard, situated straddling the communes of Ramatuelle and La Croix-Valmer, has been cultivated by the family since 1805. It extends over 30 hectares, in the heart of the classified site of the Three Caps. All the production in PDO Côtes de Provence is carried out according to the rules of organic agriculture (AB). The grape varieties are grenache, mourvèdre, carignan, syrah, rolle, semillon, ugni blanc, cinsault, tibouren and muscat. The red wines are light and fruity, the whites are complex and long on the palate and the rosés are elegant.

Since 2000, Julie Ortet has continued to operate this 21-hectare domain, which is steeped in history, modernised in 1998 by Jacques and Bernadette Ortet-Kester. The wines of AOC-var-en-Provence and wines of Var countries, in the three colours, are developed in a traditional way and are for sale in the cellar, as well as different products from the land, olive oil, quenelle, anchoïade… The red wine "Manual Harvest 2006" was selected by the guide Hachette of wines 2010.

This cooperative cellar was absorbed in 2004 by La Cadiérenne and is now part of this great family.
