A beautiful and appetizing "traiteur" section with take-away lasagne, flaky vegetable tartar, eggplant parmesan or gardiane de taureau, for example... We love the fact that the butcher's shop also offers you the option of putting together your own package of grilled meats.

You'll find tasty pastries that follow the seasons, from apple and pear tarts to chestnut pavlova in autumn. Le Futé has fallen in love with the strawberry, raspberry and red fruit pavlova, which you can choose small or large to suit your sweet tooth. Special mention also goes to the marvellous chocolate cake. Everything is homemade, made and processed on site, and the products are fresh and local.

The domain of Mourre de Viret is located in the heart of the Alpilles. The olive grove has been planted according to the standards of the AOP Vallée-des-Baux-de-Provence appellation and is conducted according to the rules of organic farming. The olives are pressed in a traditional mill: the crushing is done by sandstone millstones, then the pressure in woven baskets or scourtins. The oil is made from four varieties of olives: salonenque, grossane, aglandau and picholine.

It produces one of the most interesting organic wines in the Alpilles PGI. At the Domaine de Lagoy, established as a marquisate at the beginning of the 18th century and controlled by a castle classified as a historical monument, the descendants of the Meyran family, who have owned the property for nearly 340 years, run an 18-hectare vineyard planted in 1976, which has been converted to organic farming since 2001. In the cellars of the estate, red, rosé and white wines are produced and sold for export, but also in the store located on the Boulevard Marceau, in downtown Saint-Rémy.

Fresh milk, just out of the cow's udder... No, we are not in Savoie, but in Saint-Rémy, a few kilometres from the centre in the direction of Maillane. At Mélanie Roumanille's farm, coming with her empty bottle to attend the 6pm milking has become a ritual for many Saint-Rémois. Just like in the old days! An opportunity to admire the Tarines (Savoyard cows), but also to leave with cheese, faisselles, yoghurts and ice cream. Moreover, everything is organic! And a big plus for the kindness and welcome of the owners.

Domaine Guilbert is the story of the smallest estate in the appellation, with 6 hectares of vines planted around a Provencal farmhouse and cultivated organically. In 2007, Guy and Nathalie left their city, their job and their habits to put all their energy into a project: to do everything with their hands on the estate. After two years of apprenticeship, the roles were naturally distributed: Guy is in the vineyards and in the cellar; Nathalie speaks about the wine, markets it and has created its image and reputation.

The Délices du Luberon restaurant, in Saint-Rémy, is part of a chain of four stores, whose aim is to master and improve the culinary heritage of the region. Created at L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue by Eric Msika and his brothers, the restaurant offers real places to enjoy life around the Provencal gastronomy in which each establishment elaborates dishes from traditional and innovative dishes. In this shop, we come to taste green olive paste, tapenade, eggplant caviar… as well as jams, honey, olive oil and biscuits. There are more than a hundred references offered by this family business, which is specialist in home-cooking cuisine based on fresh products, purchased during summer without additives, neither dyes, nor conservatives. Good bread, baked over a wood fire, prepared exclusively with leaven made from the wheat of the farmer Henri de Pazzis, in Maillane, is what this new bakery offers you, located just opposite the Alpilles Bio shop. The whole team offers you a wide choice of breads made from very pure flours, from which all the fibres that are harmful to the body have been removed. Each product is obtained after a millimetric cooking which gives it all its gustatory characteristics. Here you can eat without moderation.

The Maison Gaillardet is above all a family history, a history of taste for good products. Their cult creation, the tasty Troprovençale! A brioche with orange blossom, topped with vanilla mousseline cream and sprinkled with sugar snow. To our delight, they offer different versions of this tasty brioche: chocolate, praline, chestnut cream, pistachio, lemon, strawberry or raspberry. We can't recommend any of them because they are all addictive.

This delicious grocery store has been enriched for the greatest pleasure of our taste buds with the arrival of a new caterer and a cheese shop. You will find all the cheeses "made in Alpilles" as well as those of other regions. As for the catering, it is a farandole of tastes, a large choice of starters, dishes and desserts: quiches, veal shank, salmon lasagna, moussaka and other dishes just as appetizing. On the shelves, you will find olive oils, of course, but also a whole range of derived products, such as culinary preparations, aperitif biscuits or even jams, which are original to say the least. And, of course, it is possible to taste before you decide, but in the end, you fill your basket.

Honey is a family affair with the Browns. No less than five generations have succeeded one another at the helm of this small business that produces a honey that is simply divine. It must be said that the concern for good and local production is pushed to the extreme here: no imports, no cutting... only the product processed on the spot. We're not going to lie to each other, it will be difficult to find better. A piece of advice, before going to the honey house, it is better to make a phone call, because the family is as much as possible on the field to pamper the foragers.

The site, planted with 5,200 olive trees, is simply splendid. It is the domain of Bernard and Antoine Foron, father and son, who produce a fruité vert and a fruité noir, in A.O.C. Provence. Two nectars that have won many awards and medals in recent years. These results are, of course, not the fruit of chance, but the effects of an immense passion for this profession. Their products are excellent, but also well presented in bottles that are true works of art. The Foron's also offer a guest house on their property.

At the foot of the Alpilles, the estate has belonged to the Sabran-Pontevès family since 1817.Éloïse perpetuates a long wine tradition by developing the vines, planted by her great-grandparents in 1900. Wines but also organic vinegars, a confidential and even ancestral production because the mother (i.e. the gelatinous deposit that forms at the bottom of the wine bottle) dates from more than a hundred years ago, and is fed since with the tasting bottles of the domain started and not finished. Everything is qualitative, respectful, essential.
