Here is a place that is unanimously appreciated. A den of pleasure over which reigns Joël Durand, master chocolatier. His store is a beautiful discovery not to be missed, for the pleasure of the senses. You will find chocolates, but also a wide variety of original delicacies. Originality is the house's trademark, especially when it comes to flavour combinations. It can be a little unsettling, but always surprising. Chocolate with lily of the valley, with lavender... the chocolate maker from Saint-Rémois is full of imagination and creativity. To visit urgently!

LA GLACIÈRE DES ALPILLES

A little ice cube for drinks? The Saint-Rémy icebox should be classified as a public utility. Indeed, what could be more destabilizing than running out of ice cubes an hour before the arrival of guests?
So, here, no fuss, no fuss, but a perfect welcome and real empathy for the ice castaways. And that, every day of the year, Sunday morning and holidays included - yes, those are the days when the fridge breaks down. By the way, don't miss the wonderful ice machine dating from 1936.

Sun-drenched candied fruit whose thin sugar film reflects the light, slightly crispy marrons glacés on the outside and deliciously melting inside, calissons, quince pastes, nougats... you might as well know that if you enter this shop, you won't leave empty-handed.
It must be said that the owner, Pierrre Lilamand, knows his business well. For no less than five generations, the Lilamand family has been treating gourmets to centuries-old recipes. We really want to taste everything.

Away from the center, towards Mouriès, the Atelier offers a great selection of pottery, baskets, antique, suspensions, fountains (great) and also regional products: wines and olive oils AOP the Vallée des Baux, tapenades, foie gras terrines, herbs, jams, soaps, essential oils ... the shop is also tearoom: Franck, a cook by profession, makes pastries to be eaten in or taken away, and from Wednesday to Sunday evening, the shop changes into a restaurant. An original and gourmet shop!

This bakery and patisserie is a must. The bread range is fabulous. These include Le Paisou sourdough or wholemeal, the best in the region. But also their special breads like Nortman pain noir des Viking or the tasty pain sportif! As for their pastries, the traditional Paris Brest, Ambassadeur or Saint Honoré. Special mention should be made of Josephine's apple and lavender tarts. And don't miss their addictive King's cakes and Easter chocolates!

LE FOURNIL DE L'OLIVIER

Bakery

Ah, the smell of fresh bread when you enter this bakery... A joy ! Vincent Mathieu puts all his talent in the making of his different breads, and this for 14 years! Moreover, the inhabitants of Mouriès are not mistaken and they are numerous to push the door of the sign. The sublime pastries are also invitations to greediness... The Petit Futé is also a fan of its babas. The owner, who is also a chocolatier, confectioner and ice-cream maker, can also create custom-made pieces for special occasions.

Good bread, baked over a wood fire, prepared exclusively with leaven made from the wheat of the farmer Henri de Pazzis, in Maillane, is what this new bakery offers you, located just opposite the Alpilles Bio shop. The whole team offers you a wide choice of breads made from very pure flours, from which all the fibres that are harmful to the body have been removed. Each product is obtained after a millimetric cooking which gives it all its gustatory characteristics. Here you can eat without moderation.

MAISON GAILLARDET - LA TROPROVENCALE

Patisserie

The Maison Gaillardet is above all a family history, a history of taste for good products. Their cult creation, the tasty Troprovençale! A brioche with orange blossom, topped with vanilla mousseline cream and sprinkled with sugar snow. To our delight, they offer different versions of this tasty brioche: chocolate, praline, chestnut cream, pistachio, lemon, strawberry or raspberry. We can't recommend any of them because they are all addictive.

TERRE ET BLÉ BOULANGERIE

Bakery
Closed - Open to 08h00

In this bakery, run by Camille and Adrien, both passionate about the trade, we follow the wheat from A to Z. From seed to bread, to our delight! The flour, to which the long fermentation gives a particularly fine taste, comes exclusively from Henri de Pazzis, farmer and miller, who cultivates forty-five hectares of land in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. And organic, of course! Once delivered to the expert hands of our craftsmen, its workmanship and precise wood-fired baking result in a bread of exceptional quality.
