Bruno Ferri treats Saint-Rémy inhabitants to his delicious dishes, from antipasti to desserts. On the spot you will find a nice selection of charcuterie, cheeses and fresh pasta (the specialty of the house) cooked on the spot on a daily basis. With that, many cooked dishes are added (lasagna, osso bucco, lamb shank pie, thyme sauce, Milanese escalope) and roasted chickens.
