For lovers of local products, a stop at the Laiterie du Mont Aiguille is a must. One of the last independent cheese dairies in the AURA region, committed to organic farming, the Laiterie du Mont Aiguille makes its cheeses from milk collected from farmers on the plateau, producing cow, ewe and goat's milk cheeses. These are "mountain" products. In the shop, all the flavours of the delicious cheeses made on site.

In the heart of the Royans-Vercors, Claude, Elisabeth and their three children share their passion for their profession through three activities on this farm: farming, cheese-making and lodging. Among the pioneers of agrotourism, the Caillats farm has been welcoming guests since... 1958. We stock up on cow's milk cheese, Saint Marcellin or faisselles, fresh butter and walnut oil, eggs and fresh milk, yoghurts and fresh cream. Visit the farm by appointment. Two rural gîtes, one for 5 people, at the farm, the other for 8 people, 1 km away.

A meeting place for connoisseurs, La Fromagerie épicerie fine offers a selection of quality regional products, including farmhouse cheeses from the Vercors region, featuring Bleu du Vercors-Sassenage, charcuterie and sausages, as well as other local products. La Fromagerie is also the place to come for breads and sandwiches, homemade sorbets and cold drinks.

In a beautiful house that has retained all its old-world charm (the building dates back to the ^19th century), with contemporary lines, discover Vercors cheeses (cow, goat and sheep) served by the slice by people who are passionate about good local produce. Terroir also means homemade bread to accompany the cheese! A fine selection of regional products - from terrines to honey - to fill your gourmet basket, as well as artisanal fruit juices and a fine selection of wines.
