This estate operates 13 ha of vineyards spread over the plain and hillsides. The vineyard converted to organic in 2018. The grape varieties used are Cabernet Franc for the red and rosé wines and Chenin for the white wine. The diversity of the soils and the age of the vines (from 20 to 80 years old) allow us to offer a variety of vintages, aged in vats, barrels or even in a terracotta egg. The wines of the plain are fruity, while those of the hillsides, more complex, are rather intended for aging. The domain also produces wine confits and grape juice.

Catherine Dhoye Deruet was awarded a bronze Ligers at the Salon des Vins de Loire 2008 for her sparkling vouvray brut 2005. This winemaker makes "natural" wines (without chaptalization or yeast), vouvray wines typical of their vintage, including the famous méthode traditionnelle extra brut.

Antoine and Vincent Dupuy operate 11 hectares of vineyards on the land of Noble-Cheek, a garden of scents in Touraine, where an original grey wine is produced, resulting from a subtle assembly of the three pinots. Pinot meunier is the body and power, Pinot gris gives fruity and finesse, Pinot noir brings the roundness and length. The rosé of Antoine and Vincent Dupuy offers a very aromatic nose of small red fruits and strawberry, combined with a pleasant, harmonious, smooth and full-bodied mouth.

Bernard Fouquet makes the most of his 23-hectare vineyard on the best Aubuis soils in the appellation. His various Vouvray cuvées are pleasantly fruity, but also characterized by their finesse. A successful 2003, with a penchant for Cuvée Alexandre, a warm, mellow wine combining two terroirs (Girardières and Marigny).

A new domain orchestrated by the Bruneau brothers, Valentin and Henri. Working in an office was not for them, so they decided to launch themselves into what they were passionate about: wine growing. With a BTS in their pocket, followed by experiences with winemakers on their own, they found their happiness with 11 ha in Beaumont-en-Véron in old AOC Chinon vines on hillsides with 6 different terroirs. The Château de Rivière was built in 1850 by Désiré de Rivière on the remains of an old medieval castle. It has remained in the same family in direct line since 1547 and its vines have been cultivated since the Middle Ages. In 2020, Hubert de Monteynard and his son Gabriel took over the vineyard and converted it to organic farming, thus enhancing the biodiversity that has been practiced here since ancient times. Since its inauguration in 2015, La Réserve has been delighting the taste buds of the people of Véron and beyond. Both a wine cellar and a delicatessen, this Reserve puts the terroir on display. It is a refined establishment with vast and beautiful premises in shades of red, with the warmth of solid wood furniture. Several dozens of winegrowers and brewers, regional or not, are presented and defended there, with regular animations and the visit of winegrowers coming to speak about their vintages. Located in the heart of the Chinon appellation, Domaine Brocourt cultivates 32 hectares of vines spread over five communes: Chinon, Ligré, Rivière, La Roche-Clermault and Beaumont-en-Véron. Le Clos du Vigneau is a family winery located on the municipality of Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil in the same distance from Chinon and Saumur, 45 km west of Tours. Access is direct by the D 35. Christine and Olivier Jouvault, independent winemakers, welcome you to their wine estate, a family business that has been passed down for five generations. They took over the estate in 1998, perpetuating it by combining tradition and modernity. Between Saumur and Chinon, a Cabernet grape is not like the others: in fact, culture is done without weed, the soil is being worked on so that the vine feeds on existing organic materials. The place is dedicated to conviviality and encounters, that's why high tables are privileged and tastings are done standing up. Francis Suard created this vineyard by acquiring, in the 1980s, old vines on the Véron terroirs. His son Stéphane took over the reins of the estate in 2010, after having worked on the estate for several years. Bernard and Michel Rousseau took over the torch of this family, which grew the vine from father to son for 4 generations.
