You will easily recognize the signature of the Wilfrid Rousse estate: a mermaid holding a fish in her hand. The estate covers 19.5 hectares, including 18 hectares of Cabernet Franc, plus half a hectare of Chenin. The domain benefits from the Organic Agriculture appellation. In this domain, you will find great wines, such as Les Puys, Les Cinq Pères, Le Clos de la Roche or Les Galuches... Wines of pleasure and ageing with aromas of wild strawberry or violet. History: The Biscuiterie d'Amboise, renowned for its biscuits, with a respectful taste of a centuries-old tradition, was created in Chambord, a stone's throw from the castle, more than 30 years ago. Jean Carmet's family home, a 15th century building, has been home to the Maison des Vins for more than 20 years. You will be able to discover the different vineyards and estates of Bourgueil or taste a dozen wines. Not to mention more than a hundred vintages sold at the estate price. You can also learn about the terroirs of the appellation and the secrets behind the vintages. All summer long, the Maison des Vins proposes in its Espace Jean Carmet an exhibition dedicated to the actor.

Initially a mixed farming operation in 1963, the estate gradually devoted itself solely to viticulture. 26 hectares of vines in AOC Chinon, planted with Chenin for the white grape variety, and Cabernet Franc, also known as "Breton" for the red grape variety. Elodie and Eric Herault and their son currently produce 8 different wines including red, rosé, sparkling, white and an old vine. A limited quantity cuvée is up for grabs! The family's welcome is always friendly and personal, and you will taste wines produced with passion.

Mickaël Guerche is one of the specialists in poultry sales. If you are looking for quality, then look no further, you have come to the right place. The animals are raised in the open air and fed with food specially designed for them. From the Vendée or Château-du-Loir, you will find chickens, guinea fowl, ducks and foie gras, the house specialty.
