The goat cheese which makes the cheese reputation of the region with the Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine. Seuilly is located in the AOC zone. At the Boutinière farm, a herd of goats is raised for milk production and the manufacture of crottins, pyramids, bucettes, chabis. A farm run by Véronique Dubois that produces cheese all year round except in winter when the mothers are full and waiting for their kids, from early November to mid-February
