Estelle created the Conserverie de Touraine in 2019 to offer healthy, local food with respect for the planet. Her label Jacqueline & Geneviève is a nod to her two grandmothers who regularly prepared preserves for the winter. To concoct her jars, she selects good products from organic farming, from market gardeners in the Val-de-Loire. On the menu: Tajine of vegetables with honey; Cream of pumpkin soup; Pumpkin, apple and squash seeds; Lentils, walnuts and onion; Eggplant caviar.
