A stone's throw from the medieval town of Sarlat, we discover the charm of our old stone houses and the spirit of a hamlet of Périgord. At the top of a hill, in a privileged environment of several hectares planted with green oaks, hugging in the midst of this beautiful vegetation of holiday rentals in this village which offers an exceptional view over the Dordogne valley. Accommodation (13 in total), which can accommodate between 2 and 15 people, is packed in cottages, studios and group accommodation.

Gwen and Thierry have set up chalets in the middle of nature. It is ideal for families with children, but also for friends or couples who want to enjoy the calm in a green setting 10 kilometres from Sarlat. The 4 cottages can accommodate from 2 to 5 people depending on their surface area. They are all fully equipped. The owners are charming and caring for their guests.

In the heart of the country of the bastides, La Closerie de la Beyne consists of two tourism houses, furnished and classified 3 and 4 stars, with a capacity of 2 to 8 persons, located within a natural space of 13 ha, in a rolling and wooded environment, with walking paths and through, inter alia, through the RGR of Beaumontois Country. They bear the names of La Grange and Le Verger. Lounge, terrace overlooking the pool, sauna, boiling bath… it's really the top level, and hiking trails all around to get air. This property has become a small sustainable exploitation. Gastronomic cuisine is available in the season. The chef, Vincent Bonnin, is renowned for his Mediterranean style cuisine, using only the best organic products that grow on the property or bought at premises. Finally, animals (four cats and six horses) make the joy of children.

The barn and tobacco dryers have been renovated into spacious accommodations with all the modern comforts. The setting is magnificent with a 360° view of the Dordogne valley and you are 500 m from the Dordogne and 3 minutes walk from La Roque-Gageac, the most beautiful village in France. Outdoors: children's games, shared swimming pool, football field.

Sylvie Ramier has restored the old 18th century family farmhouse, preserving its Perigord architecture with inglenook fireplace, stone and exposed beams. The building now houses four cottages on a 2,000 m² plot with a 110 m² overflow swimming pool, offering a magnificent panoramic view of the Dordogne valley. The accommodation is ideally located 4 km from the village of Beynac and Cazenac, classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France, close to the main renowned sites of the Périgord, and starting from marked paths for pleasant hikes. The nearby Dordogne river will allow you to take canoe or barge rides.

At the edge of a forest in which we can make hikes and ideally situated on the path of Santiago (the pilgrims are well welcomed), this vast cottage has been built in an ancient farmhouse completely restored by Marie-Claire and Marc. Whether you are enjoying the tranquillity of the three rooms for rest or comfortable accommodation to live in all autonomy (equipped kitchen, dining room with fireplace, washing machine…), you feel perfectly well.

Josette Joinel-Faure, a former teacher of Saint-Jean-Sainte-Marthe de Périgueux school, realized her dream by opening a cottage in the city center, in the medieval, most touristic part. It is a private apartment of 45 m² and entirely located on the ground floor in a beautiful Renaissance building. The character of stone walls, exposed beams or the old briquette fireplace are found there. The cottage that can accommodate 4 people includes a kitchen equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, cooking plates, coffee machine and kettle. Towels and bed linen are provided.

For pilgrims on the route de Compostela this city-friendly town centre, just steps from the train station and the cathedral, is located in an apartment on the first floor of a character house. For up to 8 people in 4 rooms, it has an integrated kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 WC. Reservation requested no later than the day before January 15 th to March th. There are two other shelters, one in Sorges and one in La Coquille.

Evelyne and Eric Feyfant are at the head of this village in the ideal location to discover Périgord far from the constraints of tourist concentration. Sarlat-la-Caneda and Bergerac are 30 minutes, Perigueux 40 minutes. The village is composed of 10 houses from 25 m ² to 45 m ², all wood and a single foot capable of accommodating up to 7 people. They are well equipped (dishwasher, refrigerator, electric plate, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster) with free access to the playground, bowls, ping-pong, volleyball, collective barbecue. Rentals are made on weekends, week, week, or month. You can provide home linen, baby bed, breakfasts, etc.
