6 gîtes are available to rent on this 160-hectare estate, built around a 17th-century Carthusian monastery. They can be rented by the week, or for weekends in low season. From the smallest to the largest, they've all been tastefully renovated, and there's nothing missing! Outdoor activities take up a large part of your stay: swimming, hiking, exploring the farm... The site belongs to the Lycée agricole de Coulounieix-Chamiers and is home to Limousin cows and ducks: the farm store sells foies gras, pâtés and regional wines!

It has been 5 years that we come to the estate from Chaulnes for our holiday and in short, it is very difficult to leave the reception so it is warm, the environment is calm and space for many activities: running, canoeing, cycling, swimming pool, discovered region... fans of photos, sunset is divided into a multitude of exceptional clichés!

I celebrated my association with the domain of chaulnes. Beautiful setting, ideal facilities for this kind of event. I regret only the reception staff: how cold and not very welcoming, inability to have been able to enjoy the pool while we had reserved the whole estate all we and the fact that you are tempted to us on price (close from €1000 of difference to the final one! )

La piscine n'est pas ouverte pour les groupes y compris lorsque la totalité du Domaine est loué, ceci est une décision du Conseil d'Administration du Domaine. Vous avez eu en votre possession un règlement intérieur où tout cela est notifié, ainsi que sur la plaquette du Domaine.
Il nous est ensuite impossible de pratiquer des tarifs douteux, en effet, nous sommes gérés par le Trésor Public et avons une grille tarifaire selon les saisons.
Nous sommes quelque peu surpris de ces notifications mais sachez que nous sommes à votre entière disposition pour répondre à vos interrogations quelles qu'elles soient,
