A tourist complex where, in one place, you can come with 24 people to enjoy the Périgord and its riches.
Cathy and Éric built these 4 gîtes in 2011 in the countryside near Périgueux. The buildings are new, low-energy, with solar hot water and HD TV. The two buildings each comprise a single-storey gîte and an upper-storey gîte sleeping 6 to 7. The swimming pool is very popular. During the school season, they are used by students from the Savignac school, which trains international executives in the hotel and catering professions.

Le hameau de Saint Privat is a complex of 4 gîtes, each measuring 100m2. Each cottage is equipped with all modern comforts, including air conditioning and wi-fi ADSL.
Situated on 7500m2 of fully fenced grounds, with tarmac access and parking, individual enclosed garage, covered terrace of 18 to 21m2 per gîte, large green space, games for young and old (swing, 2 ping-pong tables, badminton, boules area).
The 11m x 5m swimming pool is fenced in and secure, and there's a 200m2 beach with deckchairs and parasols for each gîte. You can even enjoy a floodlit night swim.
the hamlet's location is ideal: you'll find local shops 1km away, the river and large playgrounds, a guided tour of a truffle farm 5mn away, the Truffle Black Diamond Ecomuseum and foie gras producers.
Botanical walks, bike rides, kayaking, climbing and horseback riding will delight you.
Many sites are within easy reach, including the Prehistory Museum, the Lascaux Caves, the geological gem "La grotte de Tourtoirac", Villars, various châteaux between Hautefort, Les Milandes and Castelnaud, and medieval shows.
Cultural visits can be made to Périgueux, Sarlat, Bergerac, Monpazier, Brantôme, the Green Venice of the Périgord.

Très propre et très fonctionnelle.
Calme et reposant
Grande piscine tubulaire très bien entretenue,les enfants s'y sont bien amusés.
Bien installés pour visiter les alentours
(minimum 30 /45 minutes en voiture pour y aller):
(Marché de Sarlat, tourtoirac, gouffre de Padirac, grotte de Lascaux, belles randonnées autour de l'auvezere, canoë à Brantome, cheval à Cubjac, les Eizies ...)
