Established in 2012, Anaïs will advise you on your choice of products, in her establishment with its subtle scents, and carefully chosen decor highlighting the objects and accessories in a refined way. Since 1920, Maison Deuza has been a flagship for artisanal coffee, which here has had a strong Basque character for 5 generations. Coffee was first introduced to Bayonne in the ^15th century by a Jewish population fleeing the Spanish Inquisition. Over the centuries, coffee consumption became increasingly popular. Kafé Beltza, an artisan roaster since 1930, is an institution with the Moraïz brothers, voted best roaster in 2012 by the culinary magazine Grand Seigneur, and who perpetuate the family know-how.
