Since then, the brand has developed many addresses in Bordeaux, Gironde, and a few franchises in France, Portugal and Spain. The 80 gourmet recipes are still made in the traditional way: the milk is supplied by the last farm in the Arcachon basin and then transformed in an artisanal way with fruit and high quality ingredients in the La Teste laboratory, the ice creams and sorbets with a thousand and one flavours are often very original such as chocolate Espelette pepper, macadamia maple, lemon basil, blood orange, peanut croostie and even kiwi vegan apple with no added sugar. The nougatine-based iced desserts are also home-made, such as the famous Pinasse and its 30 scoops of ice cream for 15 people, the emblematic dessert of the Ô Sorbet d'Amour ice-cream parlour.
