Read moreHere, at Angelo's, the service is impeccable and you will eat very good thin crust pizzas. They remain classic, but with some original touches such as apples, honey or green anise. There are also some very good appetizers like the melted provolone and the homemade croquettes. As for the decoration, it is a local artist who took care of giving the place its grey-white tones with touches of orange tree. Excellent value for money!

Read morePerla Negra is a little cramped, and for good reason: it's simply full at dinner time. Here, no fuss, but real dishes, most of them gargantuan and all of them home-made and made to order. Clearly, the pirates are not in the plate (you'll see it's in relation to the decoration of the place), despite the evocative names given to the pizzas: the Black Pearls, the Blackbeard or the Jack Sparrow. The place is also frequented by football fans: seven screens broadcast live matches!

With a yellow and white flowery tablecloth, this pizzeria has a very spring-like atmosphere and we love it! The team makes us taste good pizzas (no less than 15 different ones!) including the Coll d'Ordinal pizza which mixes sweet and salty, a must-try. Otherwise, the favourite dishes remain the fish, gambas, duck breast and confits, as well as the Escalope Val d'Aoste or the tarte Tatin.

It is required by queen on Gaillac, offering a rather nice brasserie-pizzeria with three different spaces: spacious dining room, patio and terrace. But let us talk about a little pizza because here we are not skimping with quality: the dough is kneaded on-site with local producers'flour, from the Mill Mill to a few kilometres and baked in an exceptional stone oven (3rd installed in France), since this Italian model is equipped with a rotating stone sole and mounted on cylinders, allowing for a smooth cooking. So you say that chewable in one of these pizzas is to end up in Naples by thinking. But the pizzas, which can be eaten on the ground, take or even get delivered, are not the only queens of the card because we also find good dishes prepared carefully and with respect for fresh products.

Our favorite goes to blue-veined chipirons, creamy duck breast with peppers, squid flakes. The Southwest is here! Beef is the star with a 800 gram royal piece to share or a beautiful 300 gram rib steak, a quality found in burgers with bakery bread and caramelized onion stew. An original menu that reinvents itself over the seasons without ever losing its character: a must.
