Phö Quyên is a small Vietnamese restaurant located in the Esquirol district. It is on two floors and offers traditional Vietnamese cuisine in a friendly atmosphere. The framework is not the most modern. On the menu, Phö soup, Bo Bun Nem, Bœuf Lok Lak… and other classics. It is also possible to take the dishes you want to eat.

Trop cher pour la quantité servie. Le bol de pho est rempli à 1/3 et étant un adepte de la cuisine vietnamienne (je suis chinois), il manquait beaucoup trop d’ingrédients dans le pho (notamment les boulettes de bœuf!!!). Je vous montre une photo de mon bol, et une photo d’un VRAI PHO, avec tous les ingrédients.

Il y a très peu de monde (nous sommes venu un vendredi soir). Ambiance glaçante, on osait même pas parler. Mais le pire du pire c’est la quantité des plats ????. Une portion pour un enfant de 5 ans…. Hygiène à désirer aussi

Les nems sont un peu trop cuits à notre gout, mais le reste était vraiment parfait.

Ils font le meilleur Bobun nems au boeuf et sont toujours aimables... Allez-y les yeux fermés !
