Zunyi invites you to discover the traditional cuisine of China's Guizhou province, in this little scarlet-fronted stall in the Saint-Rome district. Noodles, ravioli, spicy sauces... are the basis of a culinary savoir-faire renowned in the former Middle Kingdom. On the spot or to take away, breaded crab claws, kimchi, Huajia (rice vermicelli soup served with mussels and seaweed in duban and garlic sauce), caramel pork... Le Futé tested Hot & Sour, a sweet potato vermicelli soup seasoned with chili sauce and black vinegar. Well, we can confirm that it's very, very hot! We're still sweating, but it was a real treat.

Ce petit restaurant chinois spécialisé dans les pâtes vaut le détour! On y mange bien et copieusement. La cuisine est de qualité, la responsable très agréable et gentille. Les plats arrivent rapidement et c’est très savoureux. On peut manger végétarien ou des nouilles froides ou pimenté sans problème.
