The story of its creation is fascinating: Edith, a seamstress, and Michel Noyez, a cook, created in the 70's, the Noisettine du Médoc in a 200 year old cellar, at the time in ruins, which they fell in love with. Everyone falls in love with this delicacy whose recipe dates back to 1649. The hazelnut is cooked in a homemade syrup then coated with a caramel puff. Today, this family factory has become a small museum that welcomes nearly 40,000 visitors per year.

You can also find chocolate sticks filled with prunes, chocolate bars with fruits from Lot-et-Garonne (dried figs, caramelized hazelnuts, dried apples married with caramel, goji berries). The know-how is plural with the beggars, the chocolate bars puffed rice or without sugar. To offer, the baskets will make a nice gift.

No animal ingredients or fats (so no milk chocolate, which is vegan-friendly): pure cocoa butter. The delicacies are called Nogailloux or Truffinoix for the nuts, but the estate continues to make regional aperitifs based on nuts and brandies (plum, williams pear), which was its original activity.
