The Joe Bike network is a leader in the rental and sale of mechanical and electric bicycles, with 25 branches (Pays Basque, Landes...). This magnificent loop, which can be split into two or three portions with a number of pleasant variations, gives you a choice. You can opt for a very pleasant, sporty circuit. Or you can take two or three days to discover the area between the hillsides and the Landes de Gascogne. The Cadets de Gascogne circuit starts in Casteljaloux and takes you along picturesque back roads to Ruffiac, Romestaing, Bouglon, Leyritz-Moncassin, Caubeyres and Fargues-sur-Ourbise. The route begins and ends in the forest. In between, it takes in the more rugged terrain of the southern slopes of the Marmandais region, offering sweeping views over the Landes, the Garonne valley and the hills of Marmande, the tomato capital. It's a very rural hike, where you can observe nature and flush out a pheasant or hare as you go. Along the way, you'll come across a number of listed churches and remarkable châteaux, including Malvirade and Moncassin. Few changes in altitude and good road surfaces make this a very pleasant ride, offering you the opportunity in one, two or three days, with a base camp in Casteljaloux, to discover the area in depth, choosing a small restaurant along the way or stopping off at a picnic area for a local snack out of the bag. This hike is characterized by an itinerary that offers some very fine views and is divided into two parts. At the start, there's an out-and-back path that takes you through a wood, past a hedge, then a stream and up the hill. You then take a loop to the Esquerdes church, surrounded by vineyards, woods and orchards. You return along a pine forest. This 8.2 km hike (3h walking, 1h mountain biking) is easy, varied and bucolic.

Come and "fill up on the Basque Country" by getting off the beaten track, alone, in a duo, with friends or family, from our base/workshop in Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle, on top-of-the-range, overhauled electric mountain bikes or E.TROTRX electric scooters. Mickaël, your instructor-coach, well known in the sporting world, offers you the chance to set off on an adventure in complete safety on the steep paths of the Labourd region (during various exploration, escape or adventure rides) with all protective equipment (gloves, helmet...). Green Needles Golf in Cassy/Lanton is accessible to all. In the middle of the pine trees and on flat ground, this 9 holes really want to start golf if you are novice, to improve or simply to be fun. Individual or two-course courses in July and August, you will find the formula that suits you, in a friendly atmosphere and in a place that remains magical: the Arcachon basin.

The reconstructed Piémont Pyrénéen route (GR-78) started from Carcassonne and reached Lourdes, St-Jean-Pied-de-Port (last stop before the border) before crossing the mountains to arrive at Roncesvalles. It links the Mediterranean with the Atlantic, and offers a rich heritage. This hike, often on hilltops, offers splendid panoramic views of the Pyrenees chain as it crosses the département. With a total distance of 594 km, the maximum altitude is 1,179 m, with a cumulative difference in altitude of 13,717 m.

Skateboarding has its own academy in the Basque Country, in Saint-Jean-de-Luz to be precise. All year round, in secure areas supervised by qualified skateboarders, free courses and introductory courses are available for individuals and groups. There's no age limit for skateboarding, so whether you're a child or an adult, feel free to take to the bowls at your leisure. The Skatepark also organizes birthday parties with challenges and gifts. With its rich wine-growing and architectural heritage, the commune of Pauillac has linked its various châteaux with an 8 to 14 km hiking trail. The walk is suitable for both pedestrians and cyclists. Departing from the Maison du Tourisme et du Vin, this loop runs along the Gironde estuary, before branching off towards the village of Bages. Then on to Artigues, Le Pouyalet and Anseillan, towards the Trompeloup area, before returning to the starting point.

From the church, follow the blue markers on this transitional trail between the Garonne river landscape and the Landes massif. An easy 10.4 km itinerary (2h45 walking, 1h45 riding, 1h20 mountain biking). Take slightly sunken dirt tracks, cross a wood, skirt a hedge, cross a stream, climb a wide grassy track lined with ditches to reach Millasseau and its viewpoint over the Garonne valley from Marmande to Tonneins.

Along the water's edge, with canoe and kayak trips ranging from 10 to 22 km, or two- to six-day bus tours, you'll discover the most beautiful sites in Périgord Noir: the Château de Montfort overlooking the Dordogne, the Cingle de Montfort, the remarkable town of Domme, the clifftop Roque Gageac, the Château de Castelnaud and its enemy, the Château de Beynac. You'll pass bridges and rapids. Longer hikes will take you as far as Corrèze (Beaulieu and Argentat).

La Ballarade is an equestrian center located in Lacépède, Lot-et-Garonne. Founded in 2003 by horse-riding enthusiasts, the club offers courses for all levels, supervised by an experienced state-certified teacher. Children aged 3 to 5 can discover ponies during "baby pony" lessons or accompanied rides. Older children can learn the different gaits of the horse, practice jumping and dressage, and pass the gallops from 1 to 7. Adult beginners can take ethology classes to overcome their fear of horses, while experienced riders can maintain their skills and practice their favorite disciplines. In addition to courses, La Ballarade offers pony and horse trail rides, equestrian events and birthday parties.
