Every first Wednesday of the month, the 45 members of the club meet to decide on their next outings, especially in the Pyrenees-Atlantic. The Leize Pelayo club practice as much as caving, hiking and climbing.

Sainte-Engrâce, in the Urdatx-Santa-Grazi region, is home to the Association pour la Recherche Spéléologique Internationale à la Pierre Saint-Martin (ARSIP). This association coordinates caving activities in the Pierre Saint-Martin - Larra karst region. Arudy, a town in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques region, offers caving enthusiasts the chance to discover the region's underground wonders thanks to the Groupe Spéléologique de la Vallée d'Ossau. The club offers caving activities for all levels, supervised by experienced professionals. Enthusiasts can explore the region's caves and caverns, and discover unique underground landscapes. The Groupe Spéléologique de la Vallée d'Ossau also offers training courses for those wishing to perfect their caving skills.

The Évasion Pyrénéenne association is committed to protecting the environment. Founded in 1988, it is a registered Nature Protection and Jeunesse et Sports organization. Its main objective is environmental education, by raising public awareness of the need to discover and preserve nature. Through its activities, the association aims to improve everyday habits in favor of our natural heritage.

With 12 members in 2012, the independent club Spelexpo organizes exploration raids for speleologists confirmed in three major caves of the Pyrenees-Atlantic. Especially in the Massifs and Urkulu mountains. And some members leave Laos every year for explorations in the impressive networks in the region.

Tosse, a small town in the Landes region of France, offers caving enthusiasts the chance to practice this exciting activity thanks to the Spéléo Club des Landes. The club offers cave explorations, enabling members to discover the formation of caves and their flora and fauna. Caving is a discipline that encompasses many sciences, including geology, physics, chemistry, archaeology and biology. It also requires sporting skills such as hiking, climbing and abseiling. A small club with sixteen members, the speleo-club de la Lémance is a team of exploration speleologists who work in the Dordogne, in the west of the Lot and the north of the Lot-et-Garonne.

The Spéléo Club de Périgueux is a sports club based in Périgueux. With 33 members of the French caving federation, the club offers caving adventures to discover and explore the underground environment in complete safety. Built at the end of the ^19th century on the lands of the Countess de Noailles, heiress of Beaumont, the court is an imposing monument in Pau. Built by the architect Virant, the court was described in 1930 by a historian as "the most beautiful court in France and perhaps in the world". After being transformed into a trinquet court, the Jeu de paume de Navarre association is working hard to maintain the hall's original activity. It is possible to reserve slots for initiations, demonstrations and tournaments are regularly organized.

Driven by the desire to revitalize this 9-hole (Par 35) course created in 1996 and perpetuate its simple, warm spirit, Eric and Patricia Lebigre took over Golf du Tursan in 2017. A former greenkeeper, Eric ensures a personalized welcome and pampers this superb 2,809-meter-long course that stretches through the woods and between the vines. A 12-station driving range, 6 of which are covered, and a putting green are also available. Equipment hire, lessons, training courses... At lunchtime, Patricia serves simple dishes based on local produce.

It's in the heart of the Chalosse region, renowned for its typical valleys in contrast to the legendary flatness of the rest of the Landes, that Karine Lavigne created this equestrian farm, both pony club and Equestrian Tourism Center, in 2008. There are a number of ways to discover the joys of horse riding. Initiation, courses during school vacations, rides, hikes, carriage driving, riding for the disabled, weddings in a horse-drawn carriage...

The place to be for climbing enthusiasts. Over 600 m² of climbing space, where you can learn bouldering, improve your skills and overcome the laws of gravity. Opening in December 2022, ST Climbing is the result of a meeting between climbing enthusiasts keen to convey that sweet feeling of surpassing oneself. With boulders up to 4.50 m high, regularly renewed, over 7 levels of difficulty, free sessions or courses to suit all levels, there's something for everyone. And there's a snack bar on site to keep you going!

Situated on the intermediate plateau a stone's throw from the Nahuques animal park, Mont-de-Marsan's Street Park is divided into two parts: a 1,000 m² concrete skate area suitable for skateboards, rollerblades, bikes, scooters and BMX, and a dirt BMX track suitable for all levels. The site is accessible to all, regardless of age or level, to enable a wide audience to enjoy themselves. You can also take advantage of the on-site picnic area to spend the whole day. And there's plenty for snowboarders too!

In the heart of the forest of Marensin, tour of Moulin de Bianou is a pleasant walk of seven kilometres. Allow two hours walk, or 45 minutes by bike. At the beginning of the village hall Linxe, tour alternates bare meadows and pine forests, along the river Bianou. It allows you to observe the airials and large estate of the town, described as "castles", typical of the Region.

This inner loop 6 km tour is easy to make family. It combines the two highlights of the city: the presence of Adour and the architectural heritage of this ancient wall. You will go along the banks of the river before taking the path of the ramparts, buildings dating from the 12th century. This walk can be made by bike, in just 25 minutes.

A former railroad line, the Voie verte de Chalosse links the towns of Saint-Sever to Dax, via Hinx, where the track joins the road, as well as Mugron and Montfort-en-Chalosse. The 34 km trail alternates between gravel and surfaced areas, making it suitable for mountain bikes, mountain bikes and walking. The trail starts in the Aulgreilh district, 3 km from Saint-Sever town center. From here, you can take the 10 km Voie verte to the commune of Montaut. Picnic areas are available.

Éape on the road of Santiago de Compostela (GR 652), the commune of Moirax is a high place in the religious history of France. At the beginning of the priory, this 6,7 km hike proposes to walk in the footsteps of the pilgrims. Take the time to admire this 100 th century building, whose construction by the clunisien order lasted over years, before embarking on the trail. It winds in the woods before crossing the river of Jorle and then passing through its other arm, the Toumbade. You will continue under the trees along the river, until you go back to Moirax. On the road you will find views of the castle of Las Boubées and the valley of the Garonne.

This 8,3 km loop around the town of Hautesvignes is within walking distance (2 h 40) or mountain bike (1 h). This path is slightly uneven and invites you to discover the hazel and walnut orchards that border the municipality and the irrigation lakes that feed them. On the road you can see a pigeon and a tobacco dryer, souvenirs of ancient times. The circuit also offers beautiful views over the valley of the Garonne and surrounding municipalities.

Departing from Moustey, this 11 km signposted loop is accessible to pedestrians and cyclists alike. It combines architectural and natural curiosities, particularly at its starting point: the Place des Deux-Eglises. The unusual presence of two juxtaposed religious edifices has made the town famous - a mystery still unexplained... From here, you'll head for the Leyre and its heathery landscapes. Along the way, you'll come across the royal fern, a type of fern that's on the verge of extinction, and pass by some beautiful airials, typical of the Landes region.

Known for being the cradle of the lineage of the Albret, which was born Henri IV, the municipality of Labrit offers three marked walks of promenade and maintained by the General Council of Landes, accessible to hikers and cyclists. The smallest, also known as the "Pioc Road", stretches over 6 km, to travel in 30 minutes by bike or 1 hours on foot. She leaves the church to visit the Albret house and the famous castle of Labrit, classified as Historic monument. It then moves away from pine trees or meadows, and connects with traditional landaises houses. The second loop, 9,2 km, is feasible in 45 minutes by bike, while it takes 1 hour to take 11,3 km of the main loop.

At the beginning of the Loisirs leisure base, a discovery trail leads you to the encounter of the fauna and flora of this mountain. The first step of the journey is to take up to 50 minutes, before meeting the first information panels. They will inform you about the specific aspects of this mountain, such as the presence of the pottok, the typical horse of the Basque Country, the use of kaolin, or the pastoral tradition in Baigura. After 1 p. m., you will have the choice between doing half-turn or continuing on a larger loop, which climbs up to the collar and prolongs the two-hour walk.

Famous for its pepper production, Espelette also boasts a rich pastoral heritage. The farm trail invites you to explore this tradition over a 4 km loop on the Escondray plateau. The starting point is in Haranea, where you'll pass through a fern forest. Along the way, you'll have the chance to admire meadows and farms, and perhaps even come across some of the Basque country's most emblematic animals.

From the Bonaguil commune, this 9,3 km loop can be done on foot (3 h) or Mountain bike (about 1 h). It takes you to the Découverte Castle, classified as the Main Site of Aquitaine, and the GR 36 which links the ancient Périgord and Quercy provinces. It is by climbing to the castle that the trail begins, offering the possibility of a break to visit it before filling in the woods. The rest of the circuit is mostly located in the forest, with beautiful views of the Thèze valley and the castle. You will meet on the road several pigeonholes that deserve a stop.

On the road to Sainte-Eulalie-en-Born, near the Woolsack castle, the municipal golf course is open all year round. Between the lake and the ocean, this golf course is above all a friendly place in an area frequented by the people of Mimizan and tourists looking for a picnic stop. On the program: 9 holes, 25 practice posts including 5 covered with putting green, chipping green and pitching green. Ask about renting the equipment, as a license and a green card are required. The "Marguerite" makes you walk around the town of Nérac by offering you 5 different loops, one of which is 4 km long. It is a golden opportunity to discover the region with your family, accompanied by the youngest and the not so young, because the walk is of a level accessible to all.

The Sentier de l'Adour is a 130 km hiking trail along the river. The route crosses 28 communes, alternating between left and right banks. There are several sections to choose from: Dax and Saint-Vincent-de-Paul, Candresse and Hinx, Préchacq-les-Bains and Gousse... The Adour trail leads from Toulouzette to Saint-Sever, then from Augreilh to Péré to Montgaillard. In short, there's a lot of walking to be done!

This climbing center is accessible from the age of 4, with an adapted course and no age limits, except for a few workshops limited to 1.20 m.
