A wonderful walk from Larrau along the GR on one of the most spectacular and most frequented sites of the Western Pyrenees. The torrents have dug the ground, forming spectacular and long crevasses, the witness, these gorges of Holzarte! Following the marked path along the edge of the crevasse, we arrive at the junction of the Olhado and Olhadybia crevasses, at an altitude of 590 meters. There, the highlight of the walk begins as you approach the footbridge, a real suspension bridge over a bubbling torrent 160 meters below!

A^leading sports facility in Aquitaine, the Jean Dauger stadium is a training center, rugby school and venue for major rugby events in the Basque region. Since its accession to the Top 14 elite in 2022, Aviron Bayonnais has returned to the forefront of French rugby. The Jean Dauger stadium also features a left-hand wall (Basque pelota), a fronton, a handball and soccer pitch, tennis courts, a weight room, a restaurant and more. The stadium is currently undergoing a major transformation, with the aim of welcoming as many people as possible.

From the age of 7 upwards, various half-day or full-day canoe routes, from 6 to 20 kilometers, allow you to observe a landscape dotted with historical vestiges, while taking advantage of the cool waters of the Gave d'Oloron for a swim between a few paddle strokes. The trail starts from the Sansanet picnic area, 2 km upstream from the forges d'Abel. The trail rises through pastures to the border, offering magnificent views of the Peyranère plateau and the Val d'Aspe massifs. Once at the border, the route follows the herd track to the 30-hectare Lac d'Estaens, with its legend of shepherds and a black ram haunting the area. Today, the lake supplies the Espélunguère hydroelectric power station.

The former domain is now public property, classified as a Sensitive Natural Area. It overlooks the city to the south. A path of 2.5 km length for 30 min to 1 hour of walking, marked out through wood leads the visitor to the top of the hill : view on Itxassou and the Basque Pyrenees. Picnic area. An easy and family outing which, despite its low altitude, allows you to enjoy a panoramic view. Stop at the educational building "Elondare".

Swimming is supervised on the Lac beach until September. There's a small and large pool, as well as a paddling pool. On site: lockers, toilets, cultural and sporting activities... You'll be happy to spend a whole day here, as the meadow bordering the lake is shaded and the pine forest is furnished with picnic tables. People with reduced mobility will appreciate the adapted pathway and the means to facilitate launching (tiralo, amphibious wheelchair) during surveillance hours. Pets, however, are not permitted.

Ranked 85th best course in the world by Golf Digest (outside the USA), the complex also includes: an international 18-hole "forest and ocean" course, a 9-hole "airial" course, a 30-station driving range (10 of which are covered), three putting greens and two practice bunkers on the Club-House driving range. Eysines's municipal swimming pool is located in the Pinsan area in an appreciable setting with beautiful sunbathing lawns. The building that houses the Judaïque pool dates from 1936. Restructured and renovated in 1996 and again in 2011, it is classified as a historical monument. Designed by Arnaud Massy, John Morrison and Charles Bouhana in 1927, the Golf of Hossegor was created in the middle of a pine and cork oak forest, on a sandy ground sheltered from the winds. With a typically British layout refined by Cabell Robinson in 2003, Hossegor is listed as one of the one thousand best golf courses in the world by the Rolex Book. Shorts, tank tops and jeans with holes in them are prohibited. Gentlemen are also asked to remove their caps or hats inside the clubhouse. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner in summer.

Le Carrousel Aquitain is an equestrian center and pony club offering a variety of services for riding enthusiasts. On a 4-hectare site, you'll find an enclosed stable with wooden boxes, an Olympic arena and a 40/20m riding arena. The pony club welcomes children aged 3 to 6 for group lessons on shetland ponies, while the riding center offers group lessons for beginners and advanced riders, for teenagers and adults. In the heart of the superb oak forest of Bastard, 3 kilometers of adventure await you! 12 courses, imagined and designed to delight everyone, from the youngest from 3 years old to thrill seekers. All the courses have a clever system of two karabiners, one of which cannot be unhooked. The best conditions are assured with the help of adorable and qualified supervisors. Among the sensational "workshops", we must mention the two most difficult (the bear and the owl) with Tarzan jumps, very high monkey bridges and stairs made of logs that can be trapping... the laughter and adrenaline are there.

From the beach of Erretegia to Bidart, the Coastal Trail winds along the Atlantic coast to the village of Saint-Jean-de-Luz. 13 km long, it takes 3:30 a. m. to complete the entire path, but it can be segmented at any time. For example, you can enjoy a round trip to Guétary port in 1:30 a. m. You will then have a beautiful view of the coastline, between beaches and cliffs. From Bidart, don't miss the Sainte-Madeleine Chapel and its pleasant panorama.

Set up in the studio of the animation center Bordeaux Sud, this Indian dance class offers you the opportunity to learn or improve your skills in this art from Asia. Geraldine Nalini and Julie Nityashree, artists and teachers of Bharata Natyam, will teach you the art and the way to practice the graceful poses, the rhythmic steps, the facial expressions and the hand gestures so characteristic. The Evi Nautika nautical base in Ciboure, one of the oldest sailing schools in the Bay of Socoa (51 years old), offers courses and lessons, and rents out nautical equipment all year round, including 9 Figaro sailboats (ideal for beginners), motorboats and paddleboats. The sailing school is affiliated with the French Sailing Federation. Boards, catamarans and towed gliders are available for hire. Supervised by instructors (DE).

The base is located near the aquarium, with snack bar and picnic area, free shaded parking. Eric, the owner, will give you a warm welcome. Departures by minibus are every day, every hour from 10am (9am in July and August). There is a wide choice of eight routes, from 5 to 26 km, on the Vézère and the Dordogne. Some routes can be done over the day with a picnic stop or swimming. Along the way, you can admire the sites, the fauna and the flora. Possibility of 2 to 4 day hikes.

The difficulty of the fairways lies in the variety of greens and tee positions. "A physical and technical golf course, with excellent greens.
