Since 2013, they have been transforming the milk into delicious cheeses (mothais-sur-feuille, p'tit chabis, bûche, palet...), fromage frais and yoghurts. They sell their products, as well as those from the Balandière farm (vegetables, organic bread) every Tuesday evening on site. In summer, in July and August, other local producers join them to sample even more local produce - yum! Good mood guaranteed!
