The Grange aux Loups, managed by the company " Le loup qui zozote ", is a theater in the center of the medieval city of Chauvigny, installed in a 15th century barn converted into a room for live shows. With a capacity of about fifty people, the animations which are held there are always intimist. The program is rich and varied and is aimed at all audiences, including children: theater and music, puppets, stories, public readings and workshops. So don't be afraid to come and visit the wolves!

During its renovation in 1990, this former fish market dressed its beautiful white stones in steel and glass. Theater, dance, music: the programming of La Coursive shows an eclecticism that rhymes with quality. The "small" theater Verdière alone symbolizes the spirit of the place, with 385 seats, it offers a proximity between the stage and the public. Since 2018, La Coursive has been getting closer to the Coupe d'Or theater, sharing no less than 11 shows in common and setting up free buses to discover them.

Inaugurated in 2007, the Carat Space is the largest modular exhibition structure in the Charente. This sweet giant welcomes in the two large ruby and sapphire rooms (4 500 and 1 000 square metres with a capacity of 7 000 seats on the concert days) all major events or shows organised in the Charente: fairs, forums, congresses and sporting events, but also the most important concerts. The rooms are adapted to all projects. Easy access via the ring road is via the STGA bus network.

This little theater has a very evocative name! It is ideally located in the heart of downtown, just behind the Place de Verdun. Close to several parking lots and bus stops, it allows spectators to come easily to attend a performance. The Biblio Café run by Louise, Aude and Hugues, former booksellers, is one of those endearing places where friendship and openness towards others have a special meaning. Our hosts wanted to combine relaxation and reading, and this is a successful bet! All the books are new or second-hand and you can "taste" them on the spot with a coffee or a tea or take them away by buying them. On the shelves, art, humor, ecology and even erotic books, but also comics, mangas, games... all in a retro and bright decor. But nothing is set in stone here: there are also readings, acoustic Irish music, sex or knitting cafés to discuss, and here is the magic that takes place.

Insomnia eventually went to sleep and leave square at the Loco where Hervé and Eric greet you every evening except Mondays. The bar, which keeps a very gay-friendly clientele, regularly organises theme evenings on weekends.
