At the oil mill, we've been grinding since 1850! Thanks to ancestral craftsmanship, the oil flows like gold. The large stone millstone grinds walnuts (from local producers), hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, peanuts, rapeseed and organic sesame. Hydraulic presses dating from 1920 produce a precious nectar which is left to settle for 15 days to 1 month before bottling. Production takes place all year round.
