Ouillade.eu is a "citizen's blog" fed by several social networks dealing with current events in the Pyrenees-Orientales and Southern Catalonia, which addresses all subjects, from the lightest to the most sensitive, in a direct but never defamatory manner. Each section: agenda, culture, economy, environment, gastronomy, politics, news, tourism, etc... is updated according to the news by 82 contributors in the 226 communes of the P.O., but also in Figuères, Girona and Barcelona for the other side of the Pyrenees. France 3 Pays Gardois is the local offshoot for the Gard of the 19/20 edition of France 3 Occitanie, the only regional television station in the France Télévisions group. The program is broadcast every evening live from the Montpellier studios. This edition, entirely dedicated to the local news, makes a daily report of the current events whether it is urban, political, sports or cultural. Every day, France 3's Mediation team collects your observations, criticisms, analyses and testimonies concerning the channel's various events.

"Raje, the free spirit and the sound of today and tomorrow" we hear over and over on 102.5 FM. And it's true that this radio station, which started in Avignon, has managed to free itself from commercial FM and to colonize both sides of the Rhône! Known under the name RFN, this associative radio was created in 1982 by Jean Orsi. All the major themes are covered in this daily newspaper, which was founded in 1943. Founded in Marseille, the title has branches in every département, from Hérault to Alpes-Maritimes, via Gard and Vaucluse. This newspaper has traditionally taken part in social struggles, offering subjects in line with the region's socio-economic news and showing alternative modes of production to the liberal system. This radio association has chosen the Occitan colour since its creation about twenty years ago. With a name like that you won't be surprised to learn that this local bi-monthly is dedicated to the region's outings. For more than 40 years, Sortir à Montpellier has been highlighting the city's cultural and gastronomic news. Its pages feature interviews, portraits, reports, film reviews, recommendations for going out, as well as an agenda of upcoming events. Focused on the metropolis, the publication covers Montpellier and its surroundings in print and online. Almost 35,000 copies are distributed free of charge.

The first edition of La Gazette de Montpellier was published on October 21, 1987. Since then, this weekly newspaper specialized in local information has built a strong reputation thanks to the quality of its contents and the reactivity of its team. Readers discover local news articles as well as sheets dedicated to culture and sports. If the paper edition of the publication is published every Thursday, the media also has a striking web structure.

RCF Pays d'Aude has been broadcasting since 1992 in the Aude department. It is broadcast on six frequencies: Carcassonne (103.0), Narbonne (98.2), Lézignan-Corbières (103.0), Limoux (87.7), Castelnaudary (89.3) and Saint-Pierre-la-Mer (98.2). Supported by the diocese of Carcassonne and Narbonne, it is ecumenical and programs Christian content that represents 30% of the broadcasts. RCF is a local radio station that offers five hours of programs from the Aude region every day. They include reports and magazines.

Contact FM is a local radio association, of proximity, and generalist, created by Farid Kherdouche to look at the region with another ear! Contact FM covers the Aude department with two frequencies (Limoux 89.0 FM and Carcassonne 88.8 FM). It is a local radio for all with a dozen speakers on the air, in programs 24 hours a day and with projects in mind. Its news programs are interactive in terms of local development in order to contribute to the influence of the Aude region.

Every month since 1995, the JDE, a popular magazine, brings together job and training offers and articles on the actions of chambers of commerce, communities, businesses and also universities to develop employment. For 4 years now, the JDE has been largely open to training employees. A medium to find a job or prepare its direction.
