Here, you will appreciate the AOC Languedoc: AOC Languedoc-la Clape, AOC Languedoc-Quatourze, AOC Languedoc-Pézenas, AOC Languedoc-Grés de Montpellier, AOC Languedoc-Pic Saint Loup, AOC Languedoc-Sommières... A rich region, with wines full of sun and Mediterranean wind. During the courses every Saturday for insiders or wine lovers or during the evening classes, around dinner with food and wine pairing, come to experience an interesting way to discover the Languedoc-Roussillon region in an atypical aspect.

The cellar opens its doors for a visit and a tasting. You will discover the secret of the First Bubble of the world and the functioning of the cooperative cellar, the work of the vine, the grape harvests and the wine making. Since 1531, the wines of Limoux develop fine bubbles during a second fermentation in the bottle. Since 1946, the local winemakers and teams have been making Limoux wines evolve remarkably well. The visit is free but guided tours are possible.
