Le Barberousse is the night rendezvous for rum lovers. At this famous pirate ship's buccaneering port of call, you'll be able to enjoy some 50 different flavors served in shooters: pineapple, banana, coconut, strawberry, ginger, lychee, kiwi, blueberry, vanilla-cinnamon, fir or even licorice, by the glass or bottle, there's something for everyone until late at night. The bar also serves traditional planters, a speciality of the West Indies. An address to be frequented in moderation, but ideal for the first student parties.

From the outside, one hesitates to enter as it doesn't look like much: a simple door, rather narrow and guarded by two strong doormen, opens onto the rue Boussairolles. But behind it, a plunging staircase takes you into the belly of an impressive pirate ship. In a wooden decor, the Barberousse unfolds its bar where you can consume the house specialities based on rum in the form of shooters and planters (apricot, litchi, chartreuse...). The establishment offers more than sixty tastes, in addition to a menu of old rums.

Just a stone's throw from Halles Laissac, we discover this charming beer and rum bar. Opened in 2017, the establishment is cosy, intimate and friendly: perfect for releasing the tensions of the day. Inside, the bartender offers a variety of beers that beer lovers are sure to appreciate! If you don't like beer, don't worry, this English pub-style venue with its modern musical ambience also offers a wide selection of rum. Thanks to his expertise, the barman will sometimes improvise!
