Founded in 1928, the Cave de Lablachère brings together about a hundred winegrowers. The 420 ha of vines are situated at an altitude of between 200 and 500 m with a hot and dry climate. The production of 23,000 hectolitres of Ardèche wine is made from recognised quality grape varieties. In white: marsanne, grenache blanc, sauvignon blanc, chardonnay and viognier. Every day, the winegrowers themselves take turns to provide tastings and share their passion. They will present you the wines of their property but also three vintages that they select each week.
