A historic beer cellar now run by Amaury d'Herbigny, Cave Célestin offers over 400 exclusively craft beers, both French and international. At the same time, Amaury d'Herbigny presents his own recipes in his own brewery. His Wal, Dix and Hoppy Yuzu (an IPA beer with a hint of Tibetan Yuzu) are a big hit! The success story of the chain starts in Lille, in the historic establishment of the station square. Just over 100 years ago, three brewers joined together to create a brewery, a large regional brewery. The next generation will have the great idea of creating a first "brewpub", a micro brewery in the heart of a restaurant. The concept is totally innovative in France. For many years, the company multiplies the creation of new establishments, in the region but also elsewhere in France and even abroad. The concept does not change: mix in the premises and in front of customers varied and craft beers. Today, the group has decided to diversify production by regularly offering éphèmères beers, allowing the brewers of each institution to express their creativity. This brewery is the very first in the region to have obtained organic certification. An important label for its founder, Mathieu Lepoutre, who uses only organic products in order to control their origin and quality. At the heart of the Ferme du Sens, the artisan brewers of Les Moulins d'Ascq are therefore busy creating organic, artisanal beers full of flavour. In 2015, their triple received a bronze medal at the Concours Agricole. But their whites, blondes and ambers are not to be outdone. Not to mention the IPA.

Welcome to the temple of craft beer, local and eco-responsible! Conceived by Pierre-André Zimmermann and Aymeric Segard, the Tandem Brewery proves that it is possible to produce differently. Here, the malts are organic, the energy is green, the water is reused and the spent grain (cereal residue) is given to a farmer. The two friends have imagined light beers with little alcohol, but with a strong aromatic power. Attrape-Nigaud, Bonne-Pioche, Poule-Mouillée... : these are the names chosen for the first beers. The Tandem universe is joyful and colorful!

The story of the Brasserie de Vaucelles is a story of friendship between Benjamin and Alexis. Together, they embarked on a hopping adventure with a fixed idea: to succeed in (re) creating an artisanal abbey beer, made with local products. Installed in an old abbey (precisely), the success seems to be there with beautiful products: the Prima beer (light), a blond abbey beer brewed with only four ingredients or the Triple and its 4 different malts. A nice project to follow closely!

Between the canals and not far from the North Sea, next to the homonymous theater, there is a new microbrewery, whose beers are already (literally) winning laurels at international competitions, and the new emblem of Dunkirk's legendary creativity: the Brasserie des 4 écluses! Here you can visit with Eric François, brewer and master of the place. The passion and love of a job well done transpire from every pore of his skin and the visit ends with the inevitable tasting... in moderation!

As Les Singes Savants grow and embellish each year, they now offer a number of deliciously surprising blends, brewed using an ingenious digital system of their own design!

La Cave d'Hippolyte is a restaurant in a superb vaulted cellar, a beer bar with a wide range of Belgian beers, and a boutique. Come and stock up on Belgian and regional beers, as well as spirits. The advice and welcome are much appreciated.

Secrets d'Abbayes is a beer cellar only 5 minutes from Béthune, with over 400 references of French, Belgian and international craft beers. You will have a huge choice for your purchases but you can also enjoy a moment at the Oneshot Brewpub which is just next door. You will spend a pleasant moment of relaxation there and in a unique decor: the place overhangs the copper tanks of the microbrewery! To make the pleasure complete, accompany your beer with a cheese and charcuterie board from local producers!

The legendary PVL beer from Jean-François and Alexis Walraeve, father and son enthusiasts at the helm of the Brasserie du Pavé, winner of several gold and silver medals, needs no introduction.

All their handcrafted beers (blondes, ambers, IPAs...) will delight you with their surprising tastes derived from 100% local raw materials (malt from Moulins Waast, Leroux chicory...).

At the same time, you can discover the facilities of their famous brewery during a guided tour followed by a convivial tasting, and even rent a beer tapping machine!

Secrets d'Abbayes is a beer cellar that offers regional products and beers from around the world. There are more than 300 regional and Belgian references, but also Danish, American, Swedish,... Blonde, brown, red and white beers! The place is run by a beer enthusiast who is always ready to give good advice. Beer evenings are organized there or concerts with tasting. The beer bar allows a tasting on the spot accompanied by artisanal sausages, if not you can offer a basket garnished that we can design to measure.

Here, golden blondes, amber, brown and special limited edition beers are produced all year round. Michel Dequidt and his wife welcome you in a tastefully refurbished hangar. It is divided into two parts: the one where he receives his visitors and the one where he creates beers with character. Sometimes, the border disappears when he organizes brewing workshops, open to all. He sells his best recipes, but also local products cooked with his beers.

The Waale microbrewery was born of the conversion of Andrzej Burzynski, a former IT specialist who dreamed of creating his own beer, with the support of his family and friends. The result is a magnificent production, whose star recipe is a light, slightly carbonated triple amber called Waale (a reference to Wasquehal, the ale and the "Whale" whale in the logo). Its little sisters (Waale blonde and IPA, Squaal blonde and triple) as well as more ephemeral ranges complete the global offer perfectly adapted to the different seasons of this craft brewery.

The inhabitants of Cassel are not a little proud! Since 2016, they finally have their local beer. And this amber nectar honors its birthplace since it bears the name of Bière du Reuze, the name of the famous giant of the city of course! At the origin of this beautiful project is Anthony Debailleul, a young passionate brewer. But what is this beer from Cassel like? It is blond, slightly sweet, and based on barley, malt and hops from Flanders that the brewer has carefully selected. And to find out more, don't hesitate to pay a visit.

Sébastien Verbeke and Alexis Cardot, founders of the cooperative brewery HUB (Hoppy Urban Brew), opened their premises on February 8, 2020. A nice consecration for these passionate people, willing to produce differently, respecting people and the environment. Until then, they brewed in a mobile way, but this did not prevent them from producing amazing recipes, the most famous of which is of course the Transition, a sustainable lager, rewarded in 2021 by a silver medal at the France Bière Challenge. A consecration!

The Thiriez brewery is a family brewery and authentic, natural and secret. The recipes of the beers have been the same for years, which gives the products a real constancy. All year round, you can visit this brewery where you can discover all, or almost all, of the secrets of beer making, its ingredients and its know-how. Tasting is of course a must and takes place in a real Flemish estaminet setting. The shop also offers regional products to accompany your beer.

Anchored in the regional tradition since 1895, the Brasserie la Choulette is one of the oldest breweries in the region, with the Dhaussy family at its head since 1977. They started brewing beer at the end of the 19th century with a steam brewery. Several members of the family succeeded one another until its closure in 1951. It wasn't until 1977 that Alphonse and Alain relaunched the crazy bet of making top fermentation beers for laying down. Today, the influence of the brewery goes beyond the borders. You will tell us about it!

It was a crazy challenge that the heirs of the Motte-Cordonnier family set themselves, but after tasting their "René", we can say that it was met with flying colors! What are we talking about? Beer of course! Here, we have been brewers since 1752 and, since 2018, 15 members of the family have joined forces to relaunch the activity and perpetuate this tradition of local and artisanal brewing. Their first-born is the "René", a tasty and light blonde. A successful challenge!
