This microbrewery from Sparnacus offers a beautiful range of artisanal beers on lees, neither filtered nor pasteurized. At the top of the list is the permanent range with six creations brewed in Épernay, the classic blonde and amber beers, the refreshing white ginger, the hoppy IPA, the Porter smoked with beech wood and the American Tripel inspired by abbey beers. Add to that seasonal creations such as the Amoureuse mango-passion or the Avanie, sour raspberry and lime, and many others that are sure to be tasted in the taproom: wines, champagnes, rillettes, boards to share and other artisanal local products.

Located in the heart of Sedan, this boutique is a boon for beer lovers. Indeed, more than two hundred varieties of this precious beverage are proposed. Of course, the majority comes from Belgium and is presented in different packaging: 25 cl, 33 cl, 50 cl,… whatever to consume with moderation. Very attached to his roots, David Faivre represents the^3rd generation. Today he is a terroir developer, supported by his wife Jessica, who has revolutionized everything on the estate. The vineyard is certified HVE-VDC and is currently undergoing organic conversion. 6 finely crafted cuvées make up the House's range. We love the Perles du Paradis, an Extra-Brut Rosé of a pleasant complexity that we love to taste with grilled meats delicately seasoned. The Champs de Romy (BDB Extra-Brut) is just as sumptuous. Launching his microbrewery is a dream come true for Mathieu Aubert. In 2011, he created La Bouquine to offer fans a beautiful collection of artisanal beers that are not lacking in originality. Valmy's beer brings back the past of the Champagne-Ardenne breweries. Three farmers have given themselves to this creation which was created in 1999. Top fermentation, no filtration, no pasteurization, this is what gives this beer its unique flavour. The range, organic since 2015, is composed of a well-balanced blonde, perfect to accompany pig's trotters, an Indian Pale Ale combining strength and bitterness, a powerful amber and finally a white with spicy and citrus fruit aromas, fruity and refreshing, perfect for summer!

After the Esprit du Malt from his Guillon distillery, Thierry Guillon is now launching a beer! Made with the same malt and the same spring water as Guillon, the Zéro des Faux is a fresh and light beer that owes its unique character to the hops grown right here, in the estate less than a kilometer from Les Faux de Verzy. Not to mention a touch of honey from the estate's beehives for a sweet note. At the inn, you will find the typical atmosphere of the German Biergarten where you can taste the famous hop speciality of the house in a friendly atmosphere and have a meal.
