Launching his microbrewery is a dream come true for Mathieu Aubert. In 2011, he created La Bouquine to offer fans a beautiful collection of artisanal beers that are not lacking in originality. From the powerful, malty aromas of Triple Pan to Back in Black in ebony robe, to the exotic notes of lychee and General Nelson's passion fruit, his richly flavored creations should seduce connoisseurs. We meet at the bar for a tasting, and at lunch time, head to the food truck for a burger.
