The range boasts an impressive number of cuvées, including Carte Blanche, Cuvée Angélique, Cuvée Renoir, Brut Nature, Cuvée des Filles, Cuvée Evénementielle, Rosé de Saignée Millésimé and Brut Millésimé. Established in Ville-sur-Arce for 5 generations, this traditional family business works its vineyards with rigor, meticulousness and passion. A warm welcome awaits you on arrival. After a tour of the estate and its facilities, you'll have the pleasure of discovering their range of 14 hand-crafted wines and tasting some of them. Our favorite is the Cuvée Louis Aristide, a pinot noir Solera made from 18 years of blending since 1995. Epic!

The house's vines, planted in the late ^19th century, enabled Marcel Vézien to create his own champagne in 1956. The cuvée Effervescence 56 bears witness to this. Today, the house boasts some twenty hectares. The range bears highly poetic names: Secret d'Éclairés, Lumière de l'Aube, Nuit de Rubis, Celles que j'aime, Terre d'Artistes and Souvenir d'Ancêtres. We've also fallen in love with their well-crafted rosé des Riceys, ratafia and marc de champagne. With them, cultivating the "home-made" spirit really pays off!

Founded in 1974, Michel Furdyna's champagne estate cultivates 8 hectares planted with 90% pinot noir, 6% chardonnay and 4% pinot blanc. These independent winegrowers offer a very fine range of 10 champagnes, original, gourmet and often award-winning. A real favorite is the "Les Vieux Millésimes" collection, the oldest of which dates back to 1966. These deep, complex wines have a striking aura. The Cuvée Secrète, blended with pinot noir, chardonnay, pinot blanc, pinot meunier, arbane and petit meslier, should not leave you unmoved either!

Daughter of a harvester-manipulator and a harvester-manipulator herself, Brigitte Baroni set up her own winery in 1980. She manages a 2.5 ha vineyard located in Celles-sur-Ource, Landreville and Viviers-sur-Artaut, producing around 20,000 bottles a year. Its range includes Champagne Brut Tradition and Rosé de cuvaison. On the tour, you'll discover a traditional working method, with a wooden press and bottles lying on laths.

In the heart of the Côte des Bar, the Manoir Champagne Devaux team welcomes you in an authentic and prestigious setting. The visit of the domain is proposed to you in free access, to discover the Champagne appellation and the elaboration of its wine, in the greenhouse and the impressive dovecote. You also have the possibility to taste the champagnes or the rosé of Riceys in the store. Finally, you can book your chic champagne picnic or the tasting workshop of your choice. In the heart of the Arce Valley, this "winegrower's house" has been affectionately renamed "La Maison" by its cooperative winegrowers, because unity is strength. Throughout the year, they love to welcome guests and share the secrets of their craft and their model. Cuvée Première is our signature cuvée. With its fine bubbles and straw-yellow color, this great wine with floral and spicy notes is THE cuvée for spontaneous pleasure!

We began with a tour of the traditional wine press, the vat room and the cellar, followed by a tasting of brut and rosé champagne. All the while, we got to know the house: 12 ha of vines, including 6 ha for our own production. A vast range, of which Tradition, Réserve, Rosé, Cuvée Dame Nesle and Cuvée Prestige are the flagships. Maison François Brossolette champagnes are authentic and sunny.

Located in Neuville-sur-Seine, Maison Philippe Prié, whose winemaking origins date back to 1737, is an emblematic Champagne address. With fervor and passion, these virtuosos craft more than a dozen remarkable wines, some of which have captured our souls, such as the floral Cuvée Écriture, or the surprising Cuvée Oro, with its notes of caramel and blood orange. Coeur d'Ébène, with its woody, caramel and vanilla notes, is not to be outdone, not forgetting Alba, with its notes of elderberry, acacia and honeysuckle. Mythical.

This champagne house, founded in 1951, bears an aristocratic, medieval name. Know-how and state-of-the-art technology coexist here. The house wines age for at least three years before showing their beautiful color and fine bubbles. As for the Millésimes, they rest for five to six years. Comfortably seated in the cellar, you can taste the Clérambault cuvées, Tradition with its aromas of ripe fruit, Rosé version of red fruit, Carte Noire Brut and the Millésimes. A true visionary, Jean-Pierre Fleury began working his vineyard in biodynamic methods in 1989. In 1992, he converted his entire vineyard to this philosophy, which favors the cultivation of the living and takes into account the movement of the stars. Today, three of his children have taken over the Fleury galaxy, still placing innovation at the heart of their actions. The domain produces sensational wines that are often awarded with numerous medals. Epic!

Created in 1956, this wine cooperative, which at the time grouped together 22 winegrowers, is very close to Colombey-les-Deux-Églises and its cross. Today, the vineyard covers 120 hectares of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. It is under the name of Charles Clément that this winery is labelled. At Champagne Drappier, the vineyard has been the soul of the family since 1808, with a 75-hectare estate including 40 hectares in Urville, where Pinot Noir dominates (70%), but Chardonnay and Meunier are also present. The house prides itself on cuvées with no added sugar or sulfites, which are still quite rare in the Champagne appellation. The house offers an impressive number of cuvées, including our favorites: Blanc de Blancs Signature, Grande Sendrée rosé, Brut nature, Brut nature sans soufre, Brut Nature Rosé and Quattuor. Heavenly!

Established in Les Riceys since 1830, harvesters and handlers from father to son for 4 generations, the Morize family is committed to respecting the artisanal tradition of wine making. A welcome with a smile! You enter a vast courtyard surrounded by pretty buildings and extended by a park, before going down to exceptional cellars of the 11th and 12th century, and, to finish in a tasting room where you can appreciate white and rosé champagne, rosé of the Riceys, Champagne hillsides.

Growers from father to son for 6 generations, the motto of the winemakers is "Passion, know-how and tradition". Their wines are imbued with these strong values and have won numerous awards. The tasting room is remarkable for its intimate atmosphere. The Blanc de Noirs, named Cuvée de Réserve, is a 100% pinot noir that will sublimate a carpaccio of langoustines, sushi, or delicious scallops with butter.

Coming from a long line of winemakers for whom hospitality is second nature, Pierre-Éric enthralls his guests with the quality of his comments. You will love the old vaulted cellars from the 18th century and the technical pressing center, unique in Champagne. In the HVE certified vineyard, a good maturity of the grapes is sought. This will give power, fruit and structure to the champagnes. In the range, we had a real crush for their rosé of assembly, a greedy wine, sublime on a light meat.

This estate consists of 9 ha of vineyards that are cultivated biodynamically since 2012. The grape variety is almost traditional. It is indeed composed mostly of pinot noir (77%), chardonnay, meunier and pinot blanc (16%). Several cuvées are available for sale, including the Brut Nature, Blanc de blancs and Rosée de Saignée. These are little jewels in which you will find notions dear to the owners such as terroir, passion and patience!

This estate, located halfway between Bar-sur-Aube and Bar-sur-Seine, is a family-run business that has been going strong for 5 generations. The champagne produced here, made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes harvested by hand at optimum ripeness, is made on the estate in the purest Champagne tradition, with the Terra Vitis label. Founded by Edmond Cheurlin at the age of seventeen, in 1898, in the small village of Celles-sur-Ource, the Cheurlin family estate has been the object of patient family attention that has endured over the generations. The vineyard is spread over five communes, all of which have their own particularities (sunshine, acidity...). All the plots are vinified separately and the cuvées are made by blending two years, which brings balance and regularity. These cuvées are six in number:Carte noire, Réserve, Rosé, Cuvée Prestige, Chardonnay, Millésimé.

This estate, whose roots date back to 1847, is today guided by the work of Brigitte and Philippe. The duo cultivates with love and good sense a magnificent 18 ha vineyard certified HVE. Solar panels, rainwater harvesters, bark, manual plowing, everything is done to respect nature. In the Côte des Bar region, discover the Cheurlin-Dangin estate. Champagne Comte de Cheurlin (for professionals) offers three traditional and three Premium cuvées. Champagne Cheurlin-Dangin produces seven cuvées, an vieux marc de champagne and a ratafia. Thomas Cheurlin, true to his values, has decided to produce two champagnes of vegan excellence: the cuvée Végan Blanc de Blancs and the cuvée Végan rosé, with no animal substances whatsoever from harvest to packaging.

In the village of Les Riceys, you'll find the home of Olivier Horiot, a small estate where the winemaker's talent is expressed in the most beautiful way. Great care is taken to respect nature and the soil, and this tradition has always shaped the estate's wines and given them their identity. The range includes still wines, with rosés from Les Riceys and Côteaux-Champenois, as well as, since 2004, a range of vintage champagnes. Bertrand and Hélène Gautherot's 5-hectare vineyard is causing quite a stir in the world of champagne lovers. Predominantly Pinot Noir, but with a significant Chardonnay component reflecting its proximity to the Chablis region, this estate is cultivated with the greatest respect for nature, without the use of chemicals. Since 1998, the Demeter label has appeared on the back of bottles, a guarantee of natural wines. Magnetic and vibrant, don't miss out!

With a surface area of 5 ha, the vineyard of Cédric Bouchard is one of the most magical in Champagne. After learning the winegrowing trade with his father and buying the family estate, this demanding winemaker has made many changes. The culture of the vineyard is close to the biodynamic one. Due to their growing success, the wines are now only available at certain renowned wine shops. Les Ursules, an enchanting 100% pinot noir, is a favorite.

It was here, in Avirey-Lingey in 2005, that Davy Dosnon and Simon-Charles Lepage decided to create a champagne house from scratch. The house cultivates 2 ha of vines and sources 5 ha from other winegrowers. The style of the range on offer is straightforward and easy to understand, with low dosage wines that reflect a genuine quest for finesse. You'll discover 8 fine cuvées, including the delicate Alliae with its candied citrus notes. Divine!

Champagne Pascal Walczak is a harvesting and handling producer offering a wide selection of quality champagnes. The vineyard offers a variety of cuvées, from Cuvée Notre-Dame de Paris to Brut Prestige to Rosé de Vignes. In addition to champagnes, the estate also offers other products such as Ratafia Champenois and Coteaux Champenois Rouge. With its commitment to quality and respect for nature, Champagne Pascal Walczak is Terra Vitis certified and has been recognized as a vineyard of high environmental value.

In this terroir of Celles-sur-Ource, we find the Richard Cheurlin property, whose family viticultural traditions have endured. The sunshine is favorable to the elaboration of beautiful wines. The range of wines offered includes high level vintages and shows the quality of the work of the winemaker and the care taken in the blending. We can find the Brut Carte d'Or, a wine which is distinguished by its freshness and its floral aromas. The Blanc de Blancs cuvée will not displease the amateurs of tense chardonnay. If champagne is the attraction here, so too is the vaulted cellar with its splendid crossed arches. Since the ^12th century, the cellar has housed wise bottles in the silence of stone. Gothic columns watch over the maturing of the vineyard's produce, and today it's the Calon-Egger family who carry on the tradition. Two-thirds pinot noir and the rest chardonnay, the vines are cultivated with passion. The wine has retained its ancient spirit. The names Libera me, Lux aeterna... and Cardinal bear witness to this.

Bare Fromont took over the family domain in 2009 and today you discover its bubbles in a friendly, original and festive atmosphere! At the origin of an original concept, the hostess offers you gourmet walks with champagne and foie gras in the heart of the vineyards. The tour will take you over 10 km through the vineyards of the Côte des Côte des Bars. Dînatoires aperitifs are also organized in the middle of the vineyards! Rooted for almost 70 years in the Côte des Bar region, with a vineyard planted mainly with Pinot Noir grapes, the company bears the name of one of its illustrious founders. Depending on the cuvée, the champagne is aged in our cellars for 3 to 7 years. Numerous medals and citations in various guides are the just reward for quality work. Our favorite is the cuvée La Belle Gabrielle, with its incredible aromatic complexity and notes of dried fruit. A marvelous wine.

When you walk through the door of Gérard and Corinne Hotte's farm, you already know almost everything about the adventure of the little apple in the Champagne-Ardenne region. At the beginning, Gérard and Corinne, not wanting to give up the farm (although it was too small for them to make a living from it), decided to restore the orchards, replanting apple trees of old local varieties and opting straight away for organic farming. There is love in all of this: the couple share their passion by welcoming the public to the 19th century farmhouse and to the Pays d'Othe museum set up in the barn where three centuries of memory and old materials are recorded. A journey through time accompanied by a visit to the orchards and a tasting. It's so intoxicatingly beautiful. Ciders? You will taste a few choice vintages, some of which won medals at the Paris agricultural competition: traditional cider from the Pays d'Othe, sweet cider, Champagne cider "Saveur de pommier", still cider, and also new products such as Cidromel or rosé cider, as well as rapeseed oil or cider brandy. Note: the old-fashioned pressing (as in the Middle Ages), which takes place on the last Sunday in September with horses and stone millstone, is not seen anywhere else.

The small Cider Museum traces no less than three centuries of history around the apple and cider. You can admire many old objects to discover the production of the time, including presses with parrot wheel, slaughtering, parallel screws ...

Inside the building, built in 1773 by the Marquis de Dampierre, you'll discover a collection of 1,000 crystal champagne flutes. Georges Joli's family has been winemakers for several generations, but it was he who decided in the 1970s to make his own champagne. He chose the name of Veuve Doussot as a tribute to his mother-in-law. Today it is his grandson, Stéphane, who runs the business. Frédéric Joly, from the fourth generation of winegrowers on the estate, is in charge of the work on the estate as well as its development. Champagne Daniel Perrin is a family affair. Handed down from father to son, this company cultivates no fewer than 14 hectares on the Côte des Bar. This fine estate also offers Chardonnay-based cuvées, as well as exceptional wines such as the Rosé de macération 100% pinot noir. These wines smell of tradition and authenticity. Thanks to its 10 ha vineyard, this family estate now produces around 110,000 bottles a year. Over the years, the sales network has expanded, and the winery now exports to countries such as England, Denmark and Japan. Don't miss out on their 8 very well-crafted wines. This estate covers 7 hectares of vines in the heart of Les Riceys. The wines are made entirely on the estate. The late ^18th-century cellar in which the champagnes are aged is a must-see. We're also interested in the Riceys rosé, the pride and joy of the region since its introduction in the ^17th century. Remarkably delicate and light on the palate, it gives off aromas of red fruits. Founded in 1970, Alexandre Bonnet is an estate that has grown over time. Planted mainly with Pinot Noir, in the Riceys region, its vineyards now cover 47 hectares. "Les Riceys",is one of these privileged terroirs, characterized by steep hillsides with excellent exposure to the sun. The commune of Les Riceys is unique in Champagne in that it is home to three appellations: Champagne, Rosé des Riceys and Coteaux-Champenois!

The house of Paul Dangin et Fils, founded in 1947, just after the war, has the particularity of having eleven members of the same family working in harmony, from the work in the vineyard to the bottling. The Carte Noire cuvée, 100% pinot noir, combines fruit and finesse. A blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir, the Cuvée Prestige brings power and finesse, a well balanced work. The Cuvée Carte Or, a blend of the three grape varieties pinot noir, chardonnay and pinot meunier brings fruit and beautiful citrus notes.

The Lamoureux family has been producing champagne in Les Riceys for many generations. Sylviane Vincent and Jean-Michel Lamoureux created the Vincent Lamoureux brand together. Together, they produce a frank and generous range, with notably the Tradition cuvée (in brut or demi-sec), a beautiful blend of different crus. The Saint-Vincent cuvée is a white wine 100% chardonnay, a wine with citrus aromas, with fine and lively bubbles.

In the heart of the Côte des Bar, Gérard Demilly and his wife Françoise De Baere, two renowned winemakers, welcome you to their beautiful family estate, built on the site of Jean Baron de Bligny's former château. Supported by their son, a talented oenologist, they excel in consistency. Their invaluable vineyards enable them to produce wines that are both complex and fine. A particular favorite is Cuvée Rare Blanc de Blancs 2011, a vintage vinified and aged on lees in barrel. Perfect with a filet of St. Pierre!

Created in the 1970s and located in the Sarce valley, this traditional house offers 5 fine cuvées, including the Brut Tradition, made from pinot noir, the majority grape variety in the Côte des Bars, to be enjoyed on any occasion; the Demi-Sec, with a higher sugar content than the Brut Tradition, is perfect with foie gras or dessert. The Brut Prestige, a blend of chardonnay (80%) and pinot noir (20%), is best kept for special occasions. And let's not forget the Blanc de Blancs, perfect for warm summer afternoons and platters of shellfish.
