Visiting this lesson is learning the history of the house, and how Gérard Fresnet, who wants to develop his own champagne in 1952, decides to dig a cellar. Over the years, with many adventures in his adventure, 120 m from a cellar 12 m deep in 1976, allowing the house to store its bottles. Real estate acquisitions in the surroundings allow you to install a new cellar and a press (coquart 8000) ensuring the quality of its champagne. With his son Vincent, the house continues to widen with this quality concern. The gold card, one of the very beautiful vintages of the house is a assemblage of 80% of Pinot Noir and 20% of chardonnay, with notes smoke and a nice rounded in mouth.
