ST. VINCENT CELLAR

As a welcome point on the Champagne Route, visitors come here to taste champagnes from the Haut-Marnais and Côte des Bar regions, and to learn more about the vineyards. The tour is guided by a winemaker. Nearby, a veritable wine museum is on offer, with an exhibition of photos and old vineyard and wine-making tools, as well as video projections with commentary and debates. Once you've had your fill of fascinating information, you can quench your thirst with a tasting of champagne made from pinot noir and chardonnay grapes.
