He created his own beer, the Charmoy, which is considered the little sister of the Belgian Trappist beer of Orval. To be discovered: a lager, a fermented unfiltered amber beer with a long shelf life, as well as a March beer, in homage to the ancient processes that linked agriculture and brewing. They are made from raw wheat grains produced on the farm and malt.

Read moreThe microbrewery L'Opercule is located in a valley of the Vosges mountains, the ex-principality of Salm. It was created by two friends, Damien Froment and Maxime Clasquin. First beekeepers, they had the idea to propose organic beers with honey. And it is with their own honey that they brew their beverage. The honey allows to carbonate the beer and to soften the bitterness. The sugar disappears to make room for subtle honey fragrances with a floral aftertaste. They started the production with a blond beer made with organic honey from their beehives.
