The Brasserie Artisanale des Vosges La Madelon, established for more than 20 years, has seen its history evolve with the arrival of its new owners. For 3 years now, the production site and the store have been one and the same in Saint-Étienne-lès-Remiremont. La Fouillotte is first of all the name of Thibaut's grandfather's farm: it is there that Thibaut tried his hand at brewing as an amateur before creating a brewery on Épinal with Florian and Boris. The old castle of Charmois has been entirely renovated by a family with a passion for old stones. The son, Alain Bonnefoy, established his microbrewery there more than a decade ago. He created his own beer, the Charmoy, which is considered the little sister of the Belgian Trappist beer of Orval. To be discovered: a lager, a fermented unfiltered amber beer with a long shelf life, as well as a March beer, in homage to the ancient processes that linked agriculture and brewing. They are made from raw wheat grains produced on the farm and malt.

The microbrewery L'Opercule is located in a valley of the Vosges mountains, the ex-principality of Salm. It was created by two friends, Damien Froment and Maxime Clasquin. Founded in 2003, the Brasseurs de Lorraine is one of the guarantors of the region's brewing tradition. Installed since 2016, this brewery in Meuse is the one of Ghislain Balland who brews his craft beer on site. The range includes: lager, white, smoked amber and seasonal beers (Christmas beer for example). It is located at the campsite of a former benedictine monastery. They is there that the artisanal beers 100% are manufactured pure malt, in high fermentation, like Madelon, the White one of the Balls, Amparo, the Witch of Mabichon, the Animal of the Vosges or the Riddle with its sentimental picture.
