The Intercommunity ice rink of Epinal, whose structure was completely renovated in 2011, keeps all its promises. Stretching over 53 kilometers of former railroad tracks in the Moselle-Moselotte valleys, this multi-purpose trail offers a shared space for walkers, cyclists, rollerbladers and even cross-country skiers on wheels. The starting point is the Remiremont lake, from where two trails unfold: one towards Cornimont and the other towards Bussang.

On foot or by bike, the 23 km signposted route (accessible to all levels) follows the course of the River Orne as closely as possible. A bucolic landscape and judicious layout allow you to discover this former iron and steel valley. Some footbridges have been renovated and others created to take you from one bank to the other. Take advantage of the beauty of the surroundings for a picnic stop or a moment of contemplation. For soccer fans, you'll pass by the Joeuf stadium where Platini scored his first goals. You're all set for a lovely stroll.

In addition to riding lessons and courses, the Jumenterie is an equestrian centre which offers magnificent one to seven day rides in the heart of the Hautes-Vosges. They take place in the Ballons des Vosges Regional Nature Park for a minimum of three people. You will ride through the Vosges mountains towards the Grand Ventron, the Cresson, the route des Crêtes and the Alsatian vineyards. Horse lovers, this is a place not to be missed! Pony rides are available. The passionate ones can make an intensive training course of preparation to the FFE examinations.

Close to the Côtes de Meuse, this golf course enjoys an idyllic setting. Between lake and forest, 30 hectares with 5,000 m² of greens await you. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced golfer, a solo player, a couple or a group, you can play on one of the two approved courses: the 9-hole Lac course, with its flat, varied terrain, is suitable for players of all levels, while the Héron course requires precision and mastery of the short game. If you want to get away from it all and discover the town of Vittel and the surrounding area in an original way, take a bike ride. On the Vittel Tourist Office website, you'll find six main signposted bike and mountain bike routes, ranging from 5 to 27 km. All routes can be downloaded free of charge. During your mountain bike expedition, you'll be able to admire the area's natural and historical heritage. The "They-sous-Monfort: nature and village" trail, for example, takes you on a tour of fountains, churches, chapels and more.

Right bank, departure from Thionville. Follow the canal as far as Yutz, then follow the river through its loop. From Basse-Ham, you reach Koenigsmacker.

Left bank, departure from Manom. But you can also reach the banks at Thionville, below the town hall. This paved road links Manom to Remich in Luxembourg for just over 50 km.

Shobu Aikido Val Saint Pierre is an aikido school located in Jury, in the Metz Metropole sports complex. Aikido is a martial art that aims to improve relationships between people by promoting the harmonious development of each individual. The dojo at the sports complex is where the classes take place. A health course was recently built on 2 km on the outskirts of the baths of Bains-les-Bains. Rechicourt is a vast commune with many points of interest. It's a great opportunity to take a tour of the town center by bike or on foot, or even with a more fun and environmentally-friendly vehicle. The mayor of Réchicourt-le-Château first came across this attractive means of locomotion and leisure during a vacation in Haute-Savoie. Since then, six colorful, brand-new scooters have been waiting for you at the foot of the church. Equipped with large all-terrain wheels and a wide, comfortable platform, these electric scooters offer gentle mobility for a stroll from one end of the village to the other. It is better to be equipped to enter and of course to be supervised to discover this underground passage dug in Nancy at the end of the 19th century to satisfy the growing need for water.
