Phew! This legendary tearoom on Rue Paille only had to close for a short time! Sylvie, her daughter Marianne and Alex (in the kitchen) decided to change their lives, obviously motivated by this address known to almost all Mulhousians. All the regulars came back, tried it out and approved! All day long, you can relax in a new decor that's up to date with the times, but still respects the popular codes of the old place. Good breakfasts and tasty snacks at lunchtime, and of course excellent cakes.

This may not be the address for "good kids", but for "big kids" who are delighted to discover a caliente atmosphere! The result is an accomplished cocktail bar featuring excellent Cuban rums! You'll need more than one visit to discover them all! In the meantime, you'll be greeted by a friendly parrot who won't hesitate to greet you personally if you have a few peanuts to offer. Right in the heart of the brand-new pedestrian precinct, it's a promise of joy and (moderate) intoxication to come!

Le Chanfrein is a tiny bar with probably one of the smallest stages in the region, adjacent to the Le Cheval Blanc restaurant in Brunstatt. It's a low-ceilinged café with a few high tables and chairs, a neat and functional counter, a micro-stage in one corner, where local and regional bands of all styles perform every first and third Saturday of the month, a dynamic village bar-pub. In the evening, especially in summer, the terrace adds to the charm of this café, which attracts a large clientele.

This new branch of the Alsace Bike Tour chain, just outside Masevaux, is a perfect blend of café and bike! Here, cyclists of all kinds will find everything they need to recharge their batteries and pamper their little queens. Inside or on the terrace, you'll be able to enjoy aperitif platters with cheese and charcuterie, washed down with a local beer, a fine wine or a refreshing drink. You'll also find everything you need to repair a bike or, why not, find one for sale or hire. The manager even offers guided tours!

One address, one concept, good wines and good products to share. Manon and Romain offer over 450 different wines from different wine-growing regions. Divine nectars offered by the glass or bottle, to be enjoyed with tapas, charcuterie by the slice and various plates to share. All delicious! As an added bonus, most of these fine wines are available to take away. With its charming terrace, this is a cosy, epicurean address par excellence for spending an evening with friends. Don't forget to book - places are limited!

Maximilien and Romain welcome you to their charming boutique to spend a pleasant moment in their company. The decor is meticulous, the place cosy, you feel good and you can easily take your time. If Maison Monsieur R is so pleasant, it's because it's all about the detail. In the tea room, you can enjoy a coffee, tea or hot chocolate in velvet armchairs, accompanied by an excellent pastry or homemade cake. It has to be said that Romain is a gourmet expert, having been in charge of the Cabosse pastry and chocolate shop.

Friendly and cosy, the 7VB is an associative café and a great place to spend time enjoying a coffee, a seasonal latte or a hot chocolate, all accompanied by one of their delicious pastries.... Alone, with family, friends or lovers, take advantage of this space to relax, with its own children's corner. On-site recipes are based on fresh, local produce, and you can enjoy brunch every Saturday from 10am to 2pm (reservations required)! Our favorite is Coffee Art... The hardest part is choosing!

Le Nid, an urban guinguette, is the brainchild of Charlotte and Sophie, two very friendly friends. The place is very cosy and convivial! It's also an original concept, halfway between a restaurant and a tearoom. You can enjoy homemade tarts and cookies as well as salads and tartines. You may also be tempted by a brunch served on Sunday mornings by prior arrangement. In summer, don't miss the charming terrace. A warm and inviting atmosphere prevails. Le Nid, a good idea!

The address is out of the way and doesn't look like much from the outside. But once you've settled into Fanny's cosy tea room, time will fly by! It's a formula that perfectly suits the chef, a specialist in choux pastry-based cakes, which she revisits with every possible pastry cream. There's a great breakfast menu in the morning, and savoury snacks at lunchtime. But don't leave without tasting the cookies, cupcakes and other pastries that add to the artist's enlightened signature.

For a sweet break at any time of day, breakfast or lunch, Céline welcomes you to her tea room. Everything on offer is prepared by Céline herself. On the sweet side, chocolates, cookies and pastries will delight you. Her fruit and chocolate tarts are an unqualified success. On the savory side, she offers 4 to 5 dishes of the day, with a classic cooked dish alongside bibalaskas, salads or quiches. Enough to satisfy both small and large appetites, as long as there's room for dessert...

Hidden away in Colmar's northern industrial zone is the Indus, a brand-new, hip and festive bar! Colmarians have quickly taken it by storm, and it's easy to see why just by looking at the outside: the play of lights in the evening creates a very pleasant, party-friendly atmosphere, as does the terrace adorned with olive trees and woodland. Inside, there are a number of different zones, so you can choose the one that suits you best, whether you're here for an afterwork with colleagues or to relax and forget about them with friends.

After the mythical Café Rey, which closed its doors for good in June 2011, it's time to get stuck in! This time, the business has been taken over by seasoned Colmarians! The spot is well placed between the train station and the city center, and the decor is rather rock and to the point. The rather original service is direct at the counter, and the clientele, young and old, is cheerful and diverse. The beer is good, as is the sound. What we particularly like are the Blablabla Mulhouse evenings, every Wednesday at 8pm.

From Saint-Louis to Strasbourg via Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines, escape games are on the rise! In Colmar, Vincent Knaub launched Run to the Light in June 2017, 50 metres from the Fnac in the heart of the pedestrian sector. He has set up his escape game course in the basement of an old building in two 40 square metre rooms with locked doors. His escape game is based on a new theme: that of the abandoned site. The principle is simple: participants have one hour to find the daylight by tracking hidden codes and solving puzzles related to the theme of the project. To increase the immersive spirit, players (two to six people, minimum age recommended: 10 years) are equipped with a construction site helmet and a fluorescent vest. If you're a motorsport fan, the Legend Track is the place for you, because it combines SLOT and SIM Racing! Housed in a former garage, it features 10 machines, each equipped with a curved screen in front of which you sit in a sports car seat with professional pedals and steering wheel. For example, you can drive a Porsche 911 GT3 RS on the track or tracks of your choice. The experience is breathtaking, especially if you choose to race on a local network. To recover from the thrill of the experience, a visit to Legend Track's bistro La Soupape is a must!

Opened in 2014, the restaurant is ideally located on the banks of the Rhine opposite the Trois Pays footbridge. Its setting, between sunny terrace and cosy room, offers an intimate atmosphere that is particularly charming at nightfall. The bar invites you to enjoy a selection of wines by the glass, cocktails and delicious snacks including assorted cheeses, cold meats and tasty croque-monsieur sandwiches. It's the ideal place to relax and enjoy a convivial moment before crossing the border for an unforgettable evening

Rustic chic decor and a relaxed atmosphere in this (very good) wine bar that delights locals and tourists on the Wine Route. At noon on weekdays, you will appreciate the very varied and fresh dishes of the day, accompanied by a small starter and a dessert if you feel like it. Pike-perch and sauerkraut in brick pastry, snail samossas, low temperature veal pincanha, Bengali chicken curry... In the evening, we enjoy tapas or planks of cold cuts and cheese. In any case, we spend a good time!

La Buvette aux Sept Écluses, located in Plobsheim, invites you to take a gourmet break in the open air. Enjoy a quick, simple and tasty meal, perfect for treating yourself after a bike ride or a stroll along the canal. You'll love the pleasant setting, with a sunny terrace overlooking the locks, and the friendly, welcoming staff. In addition to the Buvette, Plobsheim also offers other activities, such as "heritage" outings in horse-drawn carriages and boats, organized by the local association. These outings are an excellent opportunity to discover the region's history.
