Housed since 1992 in an old stone house, it offers fish caught on the same day in the bay of Kissamos and in the Libyan sea by fishermen who are friends of the family. Installed on the port since 1910, this tavern seems to have a little something extra in common with its neighbours. Recently renovated, it offers from the large shaded terrace a full view of the old port and the beach. Some twenty years ago, Stelios Trilyrakis returned to his village, Drakona, from his studies at the School of Tourism, to create a purely organic paradise using old grains and production and breeding methods that bring rare species such as Cretan cattle back to the region. It's aptly named. It is indeed in this former printing house (typografio in Greek) that the daily Foni Naxou-Parou ("The Voice of Naxos-Paros") was born in 1925, which has now disappeared. It is a small tavern, the only one near the beautiful beach of Potamos, some 10 meters before the archaeological site. It serves good Greek-style cuisine. It's crowded in July and August, so if you manage to get a bite to eat, be careful with the bill as a mistake could happen. Indeed, many tourists who come to admire the archaeological site are aware of the interest of the place and come to eat there in season.
