FISILANIS
Read moreThis beach restaurant opened in 1964 for bird hunters and is still run by the same family. It is typically the kind of beachside restaurant one would want to find on vacation. You dine with your feet in the sand and the food, although simple, is of excellent quality and prepared only with products from Paros. Don't forget to ask for the grilled fish, absolutely delicious. And the fava, beet and bread spreads are not to be outdone. Finally, not to spoil anything, the prices had the good taste to remain very low.

FLAMINGO
Read moreA large terrace with a beautiful view of the harbour, traditional Greek live music, and a boss, Apostolis, very friendly that speaks of its island with passion, and serves Greek, Mediterranean, and international cuisine. The location is appreciated by the premises. Don't miss the best saganaki we tasted, the cheese of Naxos.
OKEANIDA
Read moreThis is a small, quaint, family-run tavern, run by the friendly French-speaking Anastasia and her parents. You can eat a simple and delicious traditional cuisine, all with your feet in the water. You won't be disappointed with the trip and this little stopover. Moreover, the service is personal and friendly, and the prices are low. Useful note: if an ingredient is missing, the dish is not served, which is an honest guarantee of freshness. We could direct you between land and sea, but here everything is good, so bon appétit!
I KÉA
Read moreA great find, with low prices, off the beaten tourist track. This small tavern simply serves traditional and delicious dishes (salads, stuffed vegetables, stews). Almost all the ingredients (including cheese and sausage) are produced by the owners and you can feel it on your plate. Moreover, the house also sells some local products to all those who would like to stock up. And the welcome, in this flowered space, in the middle of aromatic herbs, adds to the charm of the place!
LETO RESTAURANT
Read moreThis is the ideal place for candlelight dinners in a palm garden - unique on the island. The dream, also because meals are served on large tables placed in isolated corners of the garden to preserve the privacy of each. Special mention for the chef de cuisine who creates fabulous dishes with Mediterranean and Greek flavours. The service is just as exceptional. Don't leave the island without coming here one evening.
HENRY G
Read moreThis refined Mediterranean restaurant with a discreet French touch is beautifully set on a terrace overlooking a pedestrian street in Parikia. In cooler weather, you can also choose to dine in the sumptuously modern interior, with works of art hanging on the walls. We loved the spicy ceviche, the delicate clam pasta and the puffed chocolate cake, hidden in a cloud of barbapapa! The Porto Carras 2021 white wine also deserves a special mention. An ideal restaurant for a romantic dinner.
MUZZEIN - CLIFFSIDE EXPERIENCE
Read moreThis gourmet restaurant inside the Mythis Paros Hotel boasts an incredible panoramic view of the sea. But the real show is on the plate: ceviche with passion fruit and tiger's milk, octopus with fennel root, sea bass with blue potato, corn and yucca, or spicy oxtail that has simmered for 48 hours... All washed down with a few glasses of Moraitis and Dialogos wines. A real treat!
SUNSET RESTAURANT
Read moreIdeally located, this restaurant overlooks the magnificent harbor of Hydra. As his name indicates, it is a ritual to contemplate the sunset. The food is of good quality, with a very varied menu (the meat from the Peloponnese is a real delight). It's worth a detour, at least for the sight and the frame that won't disappoint you.
TAVERNE PLATANOS VATI
Read moreThere are fewer than 30 year-round residents in Vati, fortunately untouched by the fires of 2023: Kostas and Toula have been offering delicious, traditional, high-quality cuisine for many years. We come here off the beaten track and away from mass tourism to enjoy a quiet lunch. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and the dishes are prepared with taste and simplicity, without hiding behind superficial frills. Just ask for the katsikaki, a delicious kid with lemon. Vegetarians will be delighted too. Everything is homemade!
10 GR RESTAURANT GASTRONOMIQUE ET BAR À VINS
Read moreOne will come to the restaurant and wine bar of the eponymous hotel, notably for its impressive cellar which aligns a beautiful selection of 170 Greek wines, including some orange wines. The restaurant, which matches the hotel's chic and tasteful style, offers an assortment of cheeses to match either the white wines or the more robust reds. Grilled meats, grilled cheeses and traditional Greek dishes(ladopita, tigania...) complete the menu.
MOLFETTA BEACH RESTAURANT
Read moreWe will concede that it is certainly not the restaurant of the corner which has the most taste as regards the decoration. Clearly, we flirt with excess! And yet, the place is honest and above all pleasant to enjoy traditional Greek cuisine, facing the sea, with a beautiful terrace and sheltered by a large patio and the staff makes great efforts to make the moment pleasant. Declared "best restaurant in Gouvia" by the village
TAVERNE AKROGIALI
Read moreAn off-the-beaten-track address that never fails to fill up. This tavern has been in existence since 1948, as indicated on the front. It serves traditional Greek and Corfiote dishes, with fresh meat and fish. It's above all the picturesque atmosphere of the establishment, thanks to its proximity to the sea and the Greek families who eat there, that makes it a singular place. A little pricey for a tavern, though. The owner is adorable and speaks a little French. Delicious, typical and affordable dishes. A quiet moment by the sea.
TAVERNA BOULIS
Read moreThis family-run tavern is the place to go for a meal in the village of Lakones. Like its neighboring establishments, it offers a small terrace with a breathtaking view of the bay and a wide choice of home-cooked dishes. Prices may be a little steep compared with other restaurants in the area, but there's a good selection on offer: stifado, lamb kebabs, the inevitable horiatiki, as well as homemade desserts such as the excellent lemon tart or the moist orange cake. Finally, the service is excellent.
TAVERNE BACCHUS

Other options include grilled calamari stuffed with local cheese or small marinated fresh fish.
TAVERNA AVRA
Read moreA great address with good food, a nice atmosphere and a slightly slow service that invites you to relax. Because in season, this little address is very popular! Ideal for families (but not only), it features friendly hammocks and a giant chessboard. On the menu: salads and Greek classics, with rather generous portions. There's a lovely view of the sea and the property is very pleasant. The little extra when we dropped in: sticks of citronella essential oil, perfect for keeping the mosquitoes at bay!
MICHALIS TAVERNA
Read moreThe first customer came in over twenty years ago. The family likes to say they started with a few tables and the business has flourished ever since. On the menu: Mediterranean cuisine with vegetarian and resolutely locavore options (and house wine). A five-minute walk from the sea, you can also order snacks for a picnic on the beach. The tavern also has a grocery store stocked with fresh fruit, vegetables and traditional Greek souvenirs (kumquat, olive soap, tea, local herbs...).
GRAZIELLA
Read moreExcellent family restaurant by the sea. Simple, quality cuisine and impeccable service. This place had been recommended to us by locals because the food, we were told, was delicious, with breathtaking sunsets. Very true. We booked a table on the terrace. The homemade tzatziki was fabulous, as was the seafood, which was very tasty. The staff were lovely, attentive and friendly. Highly recommended, with excellent value for money and a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere.
DA ROBERTO E FEI
Read moreA real Italian cheap in Gouvia. The establishment is one of the restaurants not to be missed in the area. The pizzas are based on local products and are very hearty. The pastas are also fantastic, especially the shrimp ones! The seafood pasta is just perfect and the scampi is cooked just right. The salads are extraordinarily fresh, the bruschettas are great, and of course the tiramisu is the crowning touch... In the summer, the place is quickly taken by storm. It is better to reserve!
FLISVOS THE SEASIDE EXPERIENCE
Read moreIdeally located at the end of the Kanoni peninsula, this Greek-Mediterranean restaurant is one of the culinary addresses to try in Corfu. First for the setting and the breathtaking view of one of the island's must-see spots, the church of Pontikonisi, and the spectacular aircraft landings nearby. Then for the dishes, worked with passion and elegance, on a basis of fresh products oriented towards the sea. Our favorite for a romantic dinner.
TERRE MOUIKIS
Read moreAmong the latest addresses to open, this one hides in an elegant courtyard in Argostoli. The menu by Cephalonian chef Asimakis Chaniotis (formerly of London's Michelin-starred Pied à Terre) features quality local produce and locally inspired recipes, such as the "riganada" of fresh tomatoes and wild oregano, with garlic and feta mousse and pan-fried squid: a version of the traditional Cephalonian meat pie.
KALAMI TAVERNA
Read moreIdeal for dining, as the view of the sea and sunset is magnificent. On the small pier perched on the water's edge, a varied menu featuring traditional Greek cuisine, fish and seafood (including grilled squid and sea bream), fresh shellfish and a choice of meat dishes. But above all, ask to see the day's catch, brought in by Nikolakis and Georgotzis, the two local boats. At the end of the meal, we were offered a phenomenal homemade kumquat liqueur. The service is very professional and friendly.
BAKALIKO
Read moreOpen your taste buds wide, you're in for a treat. To begin with, you have to choose between sitting in an old grocery store, with a lush decoration made of luminous colanders, lanterns, jam jars and vintage cans, and the annex set up just across the street in a sort of barnum on stilts. In any case, you can eat very well for cheap: shrimps sagnaki, tarama, tuna rillettes, everything is to fall. Very good white wine also with the Antithessi produced in the Parissi winery, the best vineyard of the island.
VESUVIO
Read moreSmall and nice pizzeria with a view of the port that makes a nice change from the usual Greek cuisine. The specialty of the house is the pizza vesuviana with spicy salami, onions and mozarella, but we preferred to opt for a garlic bread with cheese, succulent tagliatelle with salmon and especially for a mushroom risotto with parmesan and porcini powder to fall on the ground. Not forgetting the little tiramisu that goes well to finish. The whole went very well with the small dry white wine of Corinth of the owner, we enjoyed ourselves.
PIATO
Read moreOverlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mirabello, on the Ammoudi beach with its crystal blue water, you will find the Piato restaurant. Here you can enjoy a unique and creative cuisine prepared with great care and meticulously supervised by the owner, a certified sommelier. Don't forget to make a reservation as the establishment has made a name for itself in the area. Hospitality and delicacies are there for you.
