This year, the Notre-Dame de l'Assomption church in Valloire houses the work of three artists from very different worlds, but linked by "Les Mains". This is the sculptor Philippe Desloubières, known for his metal sculptures with aerial, generous and rounded shapes... The outer part, in front of the church, houses his Corten steel sculpture impregnated with the plant world. In 2018, it will be the 13 ^th edition of the 10 km of Cluses. As each year for the occasion, participants and volunteers will animate the streets of the commune in a friendly atmosphere. Ten kilometers to go alone or in relay! In the region or residents, here is a great opportunity to make new sports meetings, and why not find a jogging route to repeat autonomously. Of average difficulty, it is proposed to the greatest number. Take the shoes and start at 9:30 a. m. at the Cluses stadium: you have everything to gain, whatever the final ranking!

10,5 km for regular runners, 22 km for the most seasoned, all between paths, hills, woods and trails; This is the Balcons des Balcons program, which will take place on August 20 th from Châteauvieux. Ideal for getting or getting back into the wings in this summer, these two courses will provide you with beautiful panoramas. But beware: with 300 m and 850 m of positive difference, they require good physical condition. Thirsty for sporting challenges, put the trainers together and be part, too, of some 240 athletes expected that day!

Two adult races, four children races, a family test, and a hiking route; Gruffy's cracks are more eclectic than ever! Amateur or confirmed runners, come and meet on the 6 km, unless you prefer to last the pleasure, opting for 10.5 km. Meanwhile, the budding athletes, born between 1999 and 2008, will be robbed of the 700, 2,000 and 2,800 meters dedicated to them.

Winter FestiGrat's in Praz-de-Lys-Sommand is an open-air music event offering free concerts on the ski slopes. Spectators can enjoy the music while admiring the view of Mont Blanc. It's the perfect opportunity to spend some unforgettable family time together. In summer, FestiGrat's also offers free concerts during family outings. During the winter season, the office is open daily from 10am to 12:15pm and 2pm to 5:30pm during school vacations, and weekdays from 10am to 12pm and weekends from 10am to 12:15pm and 2pm to 5:30pm outside school vacations.

For 82e edition, from September 11th to September 20th, 2010, the exhibition of Savoy is an exhibition around Japan of yesterday and today. The 1600 Mountain Festival has been in Samoëns since 2022. From August 11 to 13, Lez'Arts en Scènes takes over Aillon-le-Jeune for a festival packed with shows of all kinds. On the program: music, circus, magic, clowns, stilt-walkers, storytelling and street theater to entertain young and old in the village streets. On Friday, the festival takes place in the gardens of the Chartreuse d'Aillon. On Sunday, 5 companies stroll through the village. There will also be entertainment on the soccer pitch, with bouncy castles and giant wooden games, as well as a storytelling walk with Bernard Martin.

Laughing at the programme at the Cave Bear Museum: the Swiss collective Plonk & Replonk, known for its hilarious hijackings of old photographs and postcards, has seized it. Thirty-five images are on display and videos with the voice of Antoine de Caunes are presented in free access. But more than that, about ten objects from the museum were hijacked. For 4 years now, motorcycle travel enthusiasts have had their festival in Barcelonnette, in the heart of Ubaye. And how could it be otherwise? This jewel of the Southern Alps is a fantastic playground for motorcyclists. The show takes place all over the pine forest and brings together numerous exhibitors from the world of motorcycling, concerts in the evening, possible test rides, a route available within a radius of 200 to 300 km and a motorcycle adventure film festival!

The Trail du Laudon offers a festive atmosphere, breathtaking courses and total immersion in nature. Between the mountains of Entrevernes and Semnoz, discover magnificent views over Lake Annecy. For walkers, trail runners and children, there's something for everyone. The Marche du Laudon, Trail des Charmettes, Trail de la Bauche and Trail de la Cochette await you on April 30. It is within the superb park classified as a Sensitive Natural Area - it extends its preserved areas of 24 hectares, shaded by chestnut trees more than a hundred years old, to the lakeside - from the Rovorée estate that La Châtaignière was built. A mansion, designed in 1926 by the Geneva architect Maurice Turrettini, which since 2007 has hosted temporary exhibitions under the aegis of the Haute-Savoie Departmental Council. The mountain pastures are celebrating at the beginning of August in Praz-de-Lys-Sommand! During a beautiful and playful day, in the middle of nature, come and discover the crafts, the local products and the life of the mountain pastures. On the program, all day long, demonstrations with herd dogs and sheep, a big gathering of Alpine horns (Franco-Swiss), and a giant barbecue to feed the whole family! Perched in the pretty hamlet of Bionnassay - accessible by car - in the heart of a natural agora with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, the "Théâtre dans les alpages" festival is an open-air theater. 4 evenings, 4 open-air performances, watching the day slowly decline as you watch experienced actors perform. The project, set up by an association created just for the occasion, reconnects us with the magic of open-air theater, that of the origins.

Côté Parents is a not-to-be-missed family event in Savoie, Haute-Savoie and Isère. The event offers a space for meetings and exchanges on parenting. You'll discover numerous exhibitors offering products and services dedicated to children and parents. But the show is more than just a trade fair: it also features conferences and workshops on themes linked to education and family well-being. Savoie Retro Games Vol 4 is an exhibition dedicated to retro games held in Menthonnex-sous-Clermont. Organized by the Savoie Retro Games association, the aim of this event is to preserve our digital heritage. The show features a wide range of activities, including simulators, cosplay, conferences and film vehicles. You can also meet special guests such as comedians, youtubers and game designers. There will also be a tombola, with the chance to win a signed PS5 console.

Saint-Jeoire-Prieure, a small town in the Rhône-Alpes region, is home to a trade fair called Fil du Sillon. This event showcases the passion for vinyl and offers enthusiasts a selection of over 2,500 record references for sale.
