A 4-hour loop from the dock, the Port-Man circuit begins with the plant trail, a route of 1 h 30 round-trip linking the village to the beach of Palud, allowing to discover the Mediterranean flora through a coastline offering beautiful views. Passionnés of flora, we recommend before you get the brochure "Plant trail" at the Maison du Parc (1,50 €): it will prove useful in deciphering the numbered plates marked throughout this first part. From the landing, go to the Post Office, take the first
track on the left, and logically follow the signs "plant trail". From Fort du Moulin to Fort de Port-Man (count approximately 1 h 30), follow the point of the Miladou and its point of view on the rock of the Rascas, the Beach of La Palud (final point of the plant trail), the tip of the Galley and its panorama on the long sand, then the beach of Port-Man. In normal time, the loop ends with the massif through the ruins of the Sardine, the pass of the Four paths and the road of the forts; in the event of fire danger, a half-turn will have to be made.

In the direction of the Courtade beach you will see a stone point. History tells us that a young shepherd named Charles in this clearing a pine in honour of his young wife he loved so much. If the original pine that gave its name to this uncommon place has disappeared - however replaced by a young tree of the same species - the tradition has remained unchanged: young married people are invited to jump over the point to live happily and especially the ladies who want to promote a pregnancy and an offspring, the borne with a phallic shape…

700,000 years old natural excavations, these caves made of tuff offer an exceptional collection of underground landscapes adorned with stalactites, stalagmites and giant stalactites. The constant presence of water over the centuries prevented the formation of stalagmites. The monks of the abbey of Saint-Victor were certainly the first occupants of the caves. Used as hiding against the invader, they were sold in 1566 to Nicolas d'Albertas, Lord Gemenos, which he modified and strengthened.

Admire the underwater fauna and flora thanks to the submerged and transparent hull of this very special air-conditioned boat. The commented walk lasts about 30 minutes.

Walk along the beach beneath the Cap cliff and walk to the joint naturist to the bottom of the beach, where you can find a little hot guys. 

Absolute calm, harmony with nature, the charm of a rose garden in this natural garden located in a small valley on the Saint-Tropez peninsula. Since 2013, the sisters Anne and Julia have been cultivating old and wild roses, a mixture of botanical roses, old roses and modern hybrids, 300 varieties of fragrant roses that have never known the slightest chemical product. The rose varieties presented in the garden are offered for sale and the collection is enriched every year with new varieties.

The Huveaune is one of the rivers that feed Marseille. His role was of primary importance and he was even divinized in the time of the Gauls. The river originates in the Sainte-Baume massif and, according to legend, it is the tears of Sainte-Marie-Madeleine that would feed the river (she lived for more than 30 years in a cave on a massif). The section of interest to us here is located in the heart of the city and easily accessible from Michelet Boulevard. From there, you can head east towards Saint-Loup, on pleasantly equipped bike paths and walk along the river. To the south, you will reach the Prado beaches along a green and quiet path.

Saint-Raphaël is a town on the Côte d'Azur, offering numerous possibilities for boat excursions. Sea You Sun is a boat excursion agency based in Saint-Raphaël, offering a variety of tours. A coastal lagoon with a unique ecosystem, the Etang de Berre is the second largest salt pond in Europe and the first in France. It is 20 kilometres long and between 16.5 and 9.5 kilometres wide. Several nautical clubs offer activities such as catamarans, but you can also fish, relax.... The surroundings of the pond are home to 250 species of birds, and observatories allow you to admire them without disturbing them. The pond's salt works are classified as a special protection zone, which means that it is a question of respecting the area and its inhabitants, but it is also a very beautiful place to discover.
