The wine estate of the Matton-Farnet family includes an authentic Provençal property, dating from the 18th century, a chapel and a Napoleon III building. Château Minuty is surrounded by 60 hectares in one piece on schistose limestone soils, completed by 80 hectares on clay-limestone soil in Vidauban and 20 hectares on the slopes of Valderian in Ramatuelle with a superb view of the Bay of Pampelonne. 4 ranges, in the 3 colors, are offered, including "Gold", the emblematic Minuty, vintages that are distinguished by their naturalness.

The vines of this family estate are located in Saint-Tropez above the Bay of Canoubiers, between the famous "Madrague" and the Parcs de Saint-Tropez, and enjoy a superb view of the citadel. Alain and Michel Donadio produce very interesting wines, awarded 8 times in 2019: the Cuvée Légende rosé 2019 bronze medal at the general agricultural competition in Paris, gold medal at the Terre des vins competition and selected by the Bettane & Desseauve 2020 guide, the Cuvée Star rosé 2019 bronze medal at the competition of great French wines in Mâcon, selected by the Hachette des vins 2020 guide and selected by the Bettane & Desseauve guide Desseauve 2020, the legendary white wine 2017 selected by the Bettane & Desseauve 2020 guide and the great IGP Var rosé wine 2018 silver medal at the Lyon international competition.

The centuries-old vines spread over more than 40 hectares where 12 varieties (seven red and five white) produce wines of countries and of the PDO Côtes-de-Provence wines, in the three colours, whose grapes come from the highest parts of the slopes. The traditional method "La Bulle" rosé and raw, is also to discover. The area is also known for its cylinders of 1,5 litre to 12 litres, magnum, jeroboam, réhoboam, Methuselah, salmanazar and Balthazar.

This spacious discovery area, with a display of the estates and châteaux, allows you to taste and buy the PDO wines of 10 estates and 3 large cellars of the Maîtres Vignerons de Saint-Tropez, an entity created in 1964. Ten medals were obtained in 2019 in various competitions, including gold for 4 rosés 2018, Grain de glace, rosé de l'hiver, domaine Aureillan et Elixir, at the general agricultural competition in Paris 2019 and Petite parenthèse at the competition des vins de Provence. Activities, wine fairs, happy wine, Thursday, after work, Friday, tasting of local products, Monday, are organised regularly.

This estate is a family heritage for Grégoire Chaix, who now owns 40 hectares of vines planted on about forty parcels scattered over the Saint-Tropez peninsula and exploited in a sustainable agriculture. In 2019, the Sublime rosé cuvée and Domaine Tropez blanc were the favourite wines of the Hachette guide

The Domaine de la Croix is part of the very closed club of classified growths of Provence. The 110-hectare vineyard enjoys a privileged location, with vines spread between the village of La Croix-Valmer, the beach of Gigaro and the fabulous site of the Bastide Blanche. These terroirs enjoy natural assets that give the wines of Domaine de la Croix a natural elegance. The ultra-modern winery, built underground, in addition to its advanced techniques, is a real tool integrated into its landscape environment.

It is one of the smallest areas of Provence that spread over 3.8 ha. The wine cellar, where wines are raised, is at the scale of its vineyard. Christian Chauvet, the winemaker, produces two wines according to an environmentally friendly farming method. The production is confidential with the "Bernardine" rosé, resulting from the grenache, cinsault and syrah varieties, and the red redwood "Bernardine", made from Syrah grape varieties (80%) and grenache (20%), aged oak, of 8 to- 12 months.

The property of Candice Beuque is hidden in a lost corner (meaning of the pertuade in Provençal), in a wilderness, at the end of a trail leading to the Verne dam. Grenache, cinsault, syrah, mourvhedre, tibouren, white ugni and rolle are grown on the 15-hectare vineyard and produce three cuvings "The embroidered" rosé and red, "Domaine de la Pertuade" in the three colors and "Arthus" in red, high twelve months in barrel. 

The vineyards of this Varnish cooperative are located at the foot of the Maures massif and enjoy maximum sunshine. The land fully classified in the coast-of-Provence AOP produces numerous quality cups, «The Marquets», «The Sketch of Marquets», «The great work of the Marquets», «The terraces of the Gulf», «Excellence», «La Norade», «The Light of the Marquets», regularly awarded in the competitions.

The six hectares of vines of this small estate, located on the Cap Camarat plateau, are divided into two plots of three hectares each, cultivated using sustainable agriculture. In 1999, grape varieties suitable for the region were completely replanted, for the red wines, Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon and for the white wines, Vermentino and Chardonnay, in order to respect Château Volterra's desire to diversify. The harvest is carried out at night to preserve the freshness of the grapes.

The Domaine de Pampelonne, owned by the Pascaud family of Gasquet, is located on the peninsula of Saint-Tropez along the beaches of Pampelonne. On a surface of 50 hectares, the sandy soils of 80%, allies with great maritime influence, promote the concentration of grapes at the time of maturation. The wide variety of varieties present are very suitable for Mediterranean climatic conditions. The harvest is, for half, made to the machine and the other half by hand, very early in the morning, in order to harvest the grapes as fresh as possible and encourage the extraction of primary aromas. The development of rosé is done according to two techniques, bleeding or short maceration (about 2 hours), followed by direct pressing.

Inaugurated in July 2021, this brand new 4-hectare estate, planted with Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle grapes, which thrive here on silico-limestone soils, is located near the city center. The owners, Martine and Jean-Luc Roché, are involved in all the stages of planting, maturing, vinification and bottling. A Côtes de Provence PDO classified wine, in rosé and red, is currently produced, whose label features the four-century-old umbrella pine that overlooks the estate

Château des Garcinières is a family-run vineyard that has been producing wines since 1898. Nestled between wild forests and three-hundred-year-old plane trees, this estate perpetuates Provencal traditions while improving its winemaking methods every year with respect for nature. The domaine offers a wide range of wines, including red, white and rosé cuvées, all with the AOP Côtes de Provence Vigneron Indépendant label. Visitors can enjoy these wines in an idyllic setting, between pine forests and vineyards, and take advantage of the terrace for summer tastings. Château des Garcinières is also committed to organic viticulture and biodynamic viticulture, working in osmosis with nature and respecting the cycles of the Moon.
