The story of Les Tournels began in 1920, when L. Bologna fell in love with a piece of land... after several generations of hard work and passion, this 110-hectare property would become the Domaine des Tournels: a vineyard of character where rosé is king. Located in Ramatuelle on the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, Domaine des Tournels overlooks the famous Pampelonne beach. Bruno and Ellen Seignez, joined today by their children Arthur and Laure, welcome you to their vineyard built on an old field where sheep used to graze. In a natural and authentic environment, this passionate couple has chosen sustainable agriculture. Today, a new valley of twelve hectares, "Les pierres blanches", planted with vines and olive trees, has been added to the domain, hosting numerous beehives that produce excellent mountain and lavender honeys, to be discovered at the cellar at the same time as the wines.

Owned by Roger Zannier since 2011, the estate has about 100 hectares of vineyards. A true wine enthusiast, he has turned this Provencal terroir into a renowned vineyard with gastronomic vintages that produces 90% rosé, 5% white and 5% red. His latest vintage is distinguished by a very high level of quality, like the Clos de Capelune rosé and Excellence rosé 2021, gold medal at the Provence wine competition, as well as at the Terre de vins competition.

This great estate of the Côtes-de-Provence appellation, created in 1900, was reborn from its ashes in 1998, and extends over 130 hectares between Gassin and Ramatuelle. Its authentic bastide is nestled in the heart of 45 hectares of vines spread over the Saint-Tropez peninsula. The respect of traditional practices has always been one of the fundamental values. This culture of tradition is combined today with the modernity of the cellar and the quality of the grape varieties. The wine estate of the Matton-Farnet family includes an authentic Provençal property, dating from the 18th century, a chapel and a Napoleon III building. Château Minuty is surrounded by 60 hectares in one piece on schistose limestone soils, completed by 80 hectares on clay-limestone soil in Vidauban and 20 hectares on the slopes of Valderian in Ramatuelle with a superb view of the Bay of Pampelonne. 4 ranges, in the 3 colors, are offered, including "Gold", the emblematic Minuty, vintages that are distinguished by their naturalness.

The vines of this family estate are located in Saint-Tropez above the Bay of Canoubiers, between the famous "Madrague" and the Parcs de Saint-Tropez, and enjoy a superb view of the citadel. Alain and Michel Donadio produce very interesting wines, awarded 8 times in 2019: the Cuvée Légende rosé 2019 bronze medal at the general agricultural competition in Paris, gold medal at the Terre des vins competition and selected by the Bettane & Desseauve 2020 guide, the Cuvée Star rosé 2019 bronze medal at the competition of great French wines in Mâcon, selected by the Hachette des vins 2020 guide and selected by the Bettane & Desseauve guide Desseauve 2020, the legendary white wine 2017 selected by the Bettane & Desseauve 2020 guide and the great IGP Var rosé wine 2018 silver medal at the Lyon international competition.

The centuries-old vines spread over more than 40 hectares where 12 varieties (seven red and five white) produce wines of countries and of the PDO Côtes-de-Provence wines, in the three colours, whose grapes come from the highest parts of the slopes. The traditional method "La Bulle" rosé and raw, is also to discover. Ten medals were obtained in 2019 in various competitions, including gold for 4 rosés 2018, Grain de glace, rosé de l'hiver, domaine Aureillan et Elixir, at the general agricultural competition in Paris 2019 and Petite parenthèse at the competition des vins de Provence. Activities, wine fairs, happy wine, Thursday, after work, Friday, tasting of local products, Monday, are organised regularly.

This estate is a family heritage for Grégoire Chaix, who now owns 40 hectares of vines planted on about forty parcels scattered over the Saint-Tropez peninsula and exploited in a sustainable agriculture. The Domaine de la Croix is part of the very closed club of classified growths of Provence. The 110-hectare vineyard enjoys a privileged location, with vines spread between the village of La Croix-Valmer, the beach of Gigaro and the fabulous site of the Bastide Blanche. These terroirs enjoy natural assets that give the wines of Domaine de la Croix a natural elegance. The ultra-modern winery, built underground, in addition to its advanced techniques, is a real tool integrated into its landscape environment.

The property of Candice Beuque is hidden in a lost corner (meaning of the pertuade in Provençal), in a wilderness, at the end of a trail leading to the Verne dam. Grenache, cinsault, syrah, mourvhedre, tibouren, white ugni and rolle are grown on the 15-hectare vineyard and produce three cuvings "The embroidered" rosé and red, "Domaine de la Pertuade" in the three colors and "Arthus" in red, high twelve months in barrel.
