Virginie and Patrice Bonnant's boutique, created 35 years ago, is a tempting Ali Baba's cave for gourmets. In a natural and authentic environment, this passionate couple has chosen sustainable agriculture. Today, a new valley of twelve hectares, "Les pierres blanches", planted with vines and olive trees, has been added to the domain, hosting numerous beehives that produce excellent mountain and lavender honeys, to be discovered at the cellar at the same time as the wines.

Owned by Roger Zannier since 2011, the estate has about 100 hectares of vineyards. A true wine enthusiast, he has turned this Provencal terroir into a renowned vineyard with gastronomic vintages that produces 90% rosé, 5% white and 5% red. His latest vintage is distinguished by a very high level of quality, like the Clos de Capelune rosé and Excellence rosé 2021, gold medal at the Provence wine competition, as well as at the Terre de vins competition.

The château has nearly 8 hectares of vines in the Côtes de Provence appellation d'origine contrôlée, which are spread out over the first foothills of the Maures massif. The entire estate has been organically farmed since 2020. The grape variety is composed of syrah, grenache, cabernet-sauvignon, cinsault and rolle. The wines are available in the 3 colors white, rosé, red, through two ranges, the "Grande Réserve Domini", whose red 2019 won a gold medal at the competition of wines of Provence 2021, and the "Cuvée Epicure".

This 12-hectare vineyard, acquired in 1977 by Régine Sumeire, is an unspoiled spot on the Saint Tropez peninsula. Certified organic since 2005 and biodynamic since 2020, it owes its reputation to Régine Sumeire's famous rosé, which has given a boost to Provence rosés since 1985. Her cuvée Pétale de rose, with its pale pink color, has given ideas to many other winemakers.
