It's Thomas who hides behind the name of the big clawed plush that you don't spontaneously imagine on a surfboard. He started surfing around the age of 15, on the same wild beach that he offers you to discover by the wave. You will enjoy learning or improving your surfing skills with this cheerful and attentive instructor. The stand-up paddle rides are done around the Verdelet islet, to the great joy of sea bird lovers. Quality equipment is provided and can also be rented.

School groups, sports clubs and associations, and the general public are all welcome in this multi-purpose pool equipped with a 25m x 10m pool. With a depth increasing from 0.90 m to 2.10 m, this pool can accommodate both athletes for the sequence of lengths, beginners swimmers and aquatic activities. Among them, there is a swimming school for introductory and advanced lessons, but also aquagym sessions, rescue courses and scuba diving.

Created in November 1963, the nautical centre is an association that has as objective, the discovery and practise of sea activities. With about 1,450 members, the centre welcomes about 3,900 players every year. The centre is affiliated to French Sailing Federation, French Sand Yachting Federation and French nautical station and Point Passion Plage network. It is labelled Centre de Classe découverte en Côtes-d'Armor, French Sailing School, Competition Club and French Sand Yachting School. The Pléneuf-Val-André water sports centre allows you to discover kayaking, optimist, sand yacht, windsurfing, dinghy or catamaran all year round. Initiation begins at 5 years with the «cabin boys» programme. In addition, the centre welcomes schools all year for almost twenty years now.
