More than 700 delicatessens, fishmongers and market gardeners sell these iodized delights that add a twist to the aperitif! We love to vary the pleasures with the 24 recipes of spreads. The tapas (squid, scallops, whelks, clams, mussels, cockles) are among the best-sellers of the house. And of course without preservatives or colourings!
