Here, the wines are vinified then bottled at the domain in the purest tradition and in the perfect respect of the soils and the natural processes. To taste here Chablis 1er Cru Montée de Tonnerre, Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons, as well as Chablis Vieilles Vignes, Petit Chablis and Chablis.

Henri and Madeleine Laroche were at the origin of this beautiful estate. Since then, generations have succeeded one another and the Laroche family now cultivates 22 hectares of vines: 5 ha in the1er cru Fourchaume, 1.30 ha in1er cru Beauroy, 11 ha in Chablis and 4.50 ha in Petit Chablis. We particularly like the Chablis Saint-Pierre, named after the 12th century church in Chablis, the Chablis1er cru Troësmes, not to mention the Fourchaume, the Fourchaume "L'Homme mort" and the Fourchaume "Héritage". An excellent production recognized and distributed all over the world!
